Cozy renovated vintage cabin near lake Cecilia

Near Lake Cecilia township park this fabulous cabin offers guests a cozy retreat with 1 queen bed in the bedroom and a living room with 3 twin beds. The couch is made of 2 twin xl beds that can be joined together to form a king size bed. There is also a trifold foam twin mattress that can be used for less discerning guests. Enjoy the AC and heating during your stay, and freshen up in the bathroom with a luxury rain shower head. Make yourself at home in this enjoyable space and experience what Baldwin has to offer with a stay at our vintage vertical log cabin. Take a short walk across the street to the township park lake access for swimming or paddle boarding. This cabin has a large projector screen in the living room. Internet access will be available to guests starting in April 2025. Cell reception has significantly improved since the new tower has been installed.

Great little cabin

This was a great place for our family. We had part of the family staying at a cabin across the road on the lake so this worked out perfectly for overflow. This cute little cabin was comfortable and perfect for what we needed.

Cute, cozy cabin

The cabin was adorable. The screened in porch was awesome for sitting outside at night. Very peaceful and quiet. Great communication with the host. Perfect for a couple or small family. We were there on the 4th of July and the fireworks around the lake were amazing.

We really enjoyed this cabin. Small and cozy. Everything we needed. My husband fished on the many lakes surrounding the property. We we would definitely be back. Great communication by the owner!!

The house was as described! Had a view of the lake and walkable distance to public access. It had everything we needed for the long weekend from dishes, cookware, silverware, extra blankets, etc...The host sent a message before arriving explaining check in and location. It was convenient to visit friends nearby as well as take day trips to Ludington, Manistee, and to get ice cream at Jones!

Paper towels would’ve been nice, neighbors were loud and parked a foot from our cabin, could use more kitchen essentials like tinfoil. Bathroom mirror was not usable and sitting in the window which was not usable. It was advertised as rustic and it was. Would’ve been nice to have a regular TV somewhere in the house. Don’t mean to complain it just could’ve been better.

In the summer on the weekends this is a vibrant community much like a camp ground full of families. On the weekdays it can be a good mix of peace and quiet with loons calling or people riding the trails and having campfires

This is an old school summer cottage revitalized with all the modern amenities. It is just a minutes walk to the lake shore township park across the road.
