The master suite has a king size bed and TV, the attached master bath has a bathtub, a separate walk-in shower and 2 sinks. The Master Suite and the 2nd. bedroom has large sliding glass windows with direct access to the pool and views over the canal. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with a TV and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. All 3 bedrooms are furnished with bedside tables and chests of drawers. The 2nd bathroom has a walk in shower. The villa has an additional den room (office/reading room).

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. You will not lack for anything for a perfect dinner with family and friends. In the bright living area with a flat screen TV, furnished with attention to detail, you will feel right at home and be able to really relax. All TVs have satellite/cable.

The large, south-facing terrace, guarantees undisturbed sunny days and pure holiday pleasure. The electrically heated pool/spa invites you to relax and unwind. The covered seating area with the outdoor kitchen and gas grill is ideal for social barbecues. Comfortable sun loungers are also available for you. Electric is not included and will be charged by actual consumption and must be paid on site at check-out.

We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.

Smoking is not permitted inside of this villa.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed.
