Sea Cliff on Frenchman's Bay

Custom-designed by McAlpine Architects and built in 2020, Sea Cliff boasts high end furnishings throughout, wide plank wood floors, and stunning views of Frenchman's Bay. Comfortable for 8 people. Private setting with water views from almost every room. Overall a beautiful and meticulously clean property with elegant furnishing and luxurious bedding.
Across from the Acadia National Park entrance, visitor's center, carriage roads and hiking trails. One half mile from Hull's Cove Beach. Three miles from downtown Bar Harbor with shopping, restaurants and entertainment.
Home has two amazing first floor master suites with large private bathrooms including walk in showers and oversized soaking tubs. Each master suite is separated from the main living space by either the entrance foyer or the mud room. In addition the first floor has a spacious living room with an over-head projection TV system, a dining room for 8 people and a gourmet kitchen with double faucets in the oversized sink, double ovens, sub zero fridge, pantry stocked with basics and fully fit out for gourmet cooking.
The upper level has one ensuite bedroom with oversized walk in shower and a queen bed with window seat, one queen bedroom with window seat, one full bath with oversized walk in shower and our upper lounge - all with spectacular views of Frenchman's Bay.
The lower level has a ping pong room off the laundry room, a media room with brand new wrap around sofa and a 76" TV, a game room with table, chairs and day bed, a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds and one day bed, a full bath with shower and a Queen and Full bedroom with walk out to private stone patio.
Outdoor space includes a main level deck that spans the length of the house, a lower level large stone patio also running the length of the house and a raised stone patio off the 1st master bedroom.
There is a covered parking area by the family entrance - great for rain and brining in groceries - and additional space for two more cars in the driveway.
