The house is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and spacious. The view through the many large windows is breathtaking. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is perfect. It's removed from the bustle of town but not too far, and a short walk to the Acadia Visitor Center. The property is a gem.

Check in was super easy we were given a code just prior to arriving. Kitchen was huge and was well equipped including a very nice espresso machine. Home was beautifully decorated very spacious and the large back deck had incredible views of Frenchmen’s bay. Would stay here again!

Beautiful retreat

Our family had been looking forward to staying in this beautiful home on our first trip to Acadia for so long, and it didn’t disappoint! It was beautiful, peaceful, spacious, and so close to everything we had planned. Unforeseen events forced us to cut our trip short, but the time we had there will provide lasting family memories to be cherished forever!

Enjoyable family reunion

A beautiful waterfront home with a spectacular view of the Bay. The property is perfectly located within walking distance to Acadia National Park and a short drive to downtown Bar Harbor. The rooms and amenities were immaculate. Suzanne is a most gracious host.

This is a dream property. Absolutely perfect for a large family group - plenty of space, and absolutely gorgeous. Nicer than the pictures. We had a couple of glitches - nothing serious- and the owners were immediately communicative and helpful. Absolutely wonderful.

Sea Cliff - A plus

The layout and location of the house could not be better. The house is well-stocked with a beautiful area for everyone to visit and dine and enjoy the views. The bedrooms give great privacy and space for quiet times. All bedrooms have ocean views. The location right across the road from Acadia Park is ideal. I would highly recommend the property to any family or friends going to the area.

Beyond expectations

It’s not very often that the actual space is better than the pictures! But this one was spectacular. The house, the views and the location with ease of getting to all the sights was perfect. We couldn’t have picked a better spot!

Wonderful Waterfront Home

The House was Awesome. We were impressed by everything from soup to nuts. Love that it was 5 minutes from Bar Harbor but was private. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and had our children and our grandchildren. Everyone loved the home and the amenities it offered. John and Cheryl

Maine at its finest!

We were blown away! Sunrise can be seen from every room. I have serious kitchen envy. The “basement” could sleep 14 alone and is really more of an apartment! Every bathroom was like a luxury hotel. Fire pit fire was awesome. The projector let us all watch movies at night. We got monsters from Bart’s and Walmart steaks and had our own gourmet meal. There were & adults and 1 2-year old and we all had space. I want to live there. ❤️

This house is absolutely beautiful and the perfect location. My parents rented this house for a month for my mom’s 70th birthday and her dream has always been to live in a house on a cliff in Maine and boy did this deliver! Suzanne and Tim were amazing and always responsive to anything that was needed. House is clean, spacious, and in a wonderful spot. Right on the water where it is peaceful, but a 5 min drive right into the heart of bar harbor. We were lucky enough to visit and experience all of this first hand. Would recommend to anyone!!

Our stay in the house was wonderful. The location is excellent-located directed across from the Hull Cove Visitors Center. Just note: It is a bit precarious to walk across the street because the road is very busy. You would not want to do it with small children. Thursday location is close to town and getting around everywhere.The house seems to be new and is located on a street with just a few houses. It has beautiful views and a nice back porch. The kitchen is well appointed and has lots of space. There are tons of beds in the house, if needed. We were a family of 6 adults with 2 small children. We did not need them but the house can sleep a lot!The communication was good and we appreciated the way check in. There were 2 issues that were not a big deal but need mentioning. First, the trash is picked up on Mondays so when we arrived on Saturday the previous renters trash was in the trash bins making them full and on the ground next to the bins. We had no where to put our trash except on the floor next to the bins, with the other trash (in the garage). I had to message the property manager and host to see what the deal was about the trash. It just seems for the price of this property, there should not be a pile of trash in the bins and on the ground when we arrive. (Note: this was in the garage, but still not ideal).Second, one of the downstairs bedrooms (with the double beds) had spiders in every corner. Overall, a great house, great location & great stay.
