Welcome to your new favorite vacation home! Enjoy the stunning 180 degree unobstructed ocean views while you relax on the large upper deck, or take it in from the spacious open plan living room and fully stocked kitchen. Relax in the beautiful master bedroom, complete with its own deck and en-suite bathroom. 2 additional queen bedrooms and a large bedroom with 2 bunk beds provide plenty of additional sleeping options. Close to both town and the beach, we have toys and beach chairs for a fun day!
Our home is located on the west side of the highway, within walking distance to the town of Cayucos and the beach. This is a brand new home with spectacular views and bright, open design. In the home you will find everything you need from our fully stocked kitchen to games and puzzles for your enjoyment. 2 smart TV’s feature Spectrum cable as well as Netflix and Disney Plus. We provide all linens and towels so the home is ready for your arrival! The ground floor holds the two car garage, a half bath, and a large bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (twin over full). The second floor holds the master suite with private deck, two guest bedrooms with queen beds, a full bathroom, and the laundry room. The third floor holds the open plan kitchen and living area with an attached retreat room and half bath. The large deck features 180 degree ocean views, comfortable seating, a BBQ, and a giant Connect-4 game for plenty of vacation fun!
** Please note, this is a 3-story home with the main living space on the top floor. This means there are many stairs so please consider whether that will impact your enjoyment of the home when booking.
**Parking limited to 3 cars: 2 in the garage and 1 horizontally in front of the garage. *No cars may park on the street due to city regulations*

We love Cayucos because it's a small, quaint beach town. We enjoy the local shops and restaurants, the beach, and the proximity to slightly larger towns with even more to explore.

What makes this property unique

The shining star of our home is the upper deck. The view is absolutely stunning and it's so quiet and relaxing to sit on our outdoor couches with friends or a good book. Because it's on the top floor, it's typically more protected from wind and is often much warmer than down on the beach on cooler days! Our home is also newly built, with a clean, modern beach feeling.
