Cara’s condo was a great location! Close to the beach, shops at Wailea and Kihei. Loved the ground floor access, lanai, condo pool and well stocked kitchen for cooking! The beds and linens were so comfortable. A must on vacation!The property was very clean and Cara was very responsive as well. Would love to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay very much, and it was perfect for 2 couples. We were impressed with the kitchen and all the appliances, and the layout of the place. The BBQ was close and well kept by the Palms crew and the pool was wonderful, as always!Cara is a great host and an excellent communicator, we appreciated everything.

Amazing!!!

We loved staying at the Palms at Wailea! Cara made sure we had everything we needed and more. The place is beautiful, convenient and great for any family. Our 2 year old loved swimming in the pool and we loved waking up early and taking a morning stroll on the beach. It’s so close! This is a great condo with all the amenities and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing Hawaiian vacation. Book now!!!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautifully remodeled and clean condo. Our stay was wonderful being on the island and our communication with owner was very attentive and helpful during our week stay. We recommend this condo to future vacationers as they will certainly enjoy the area and this condo.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The space was clean, comfortable, and very well stocked with everything we needed, including beach accessories etc. The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area (with a car).Cara is a wonderful host—very attentive, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay, which made the whole experience even better.Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

The condo was equipped with all of the essentials needed. The kids really enjoyed all the beach essentials. The condo was really clean and up to date with appliances. We enjoyed evenings on the lanai. Beautiful place! Highly recommend!

Such a comfortable condo. The host has been very thoughtful in making sure guests have what they need during their stay. We enjoyed the close reserved parking, the provided beach toys, the pool and hot tub, community bbq grills, comfortable bedrooms and well stocked kitchen. This condo made a great home base to return to every night. This was our first time staying on this end of the island and we plan to make it a tradition going forward.

Perfect South Maui Location

Awesome 2bed, 2bath great pool and hot tub. Close to Kihei, Shops at Wailea, and beautiful Mākena Beach!! Condo is large and comfy with all amenities. Great location for any vacation!!

Beautiful and comfortable condo

We had a perfect family vacation at Cara & Sig’s newly renovated condo. The condo has everything needed to be very comfortable and it’s conveniently located to enjoy the beautiful nearby beaches.

Exceptional Maui Condo

This condo was a wonderful place for our family to stay while visiting Maui. Very close to great beaches, a fun pool nearby for the kids, and nice amenities. Large patio with grassy area, comfortable beds, and very easy check in process. The host was friendly, helpful and very communicative. We would happily stay here again.

Amazing condo

Everything was perfect: the whole complex was very well kept, convenient location and this unit itself. There is a club house with a nice pool and a hot tub, everything well taken care of with lush greenery. The condo was spotless clean, kitchen very well equipped with new and good quality items and appliances. Living room and bedrooms nice and very comfortable. Big lanai with a box containing beach equipment. There was also an iron and ironing board, hairdryer and even hair straightener for our convenience. Big thank you to our host Cara!

Perfect Stay

The condo was beautiful, spacious, and clean. It had every amenity that you would need in a condo. There were even boogie boards and beach chairs so my daughter was happy. This condo is amazing! The location is great, Wailea Shops are nearby and there is about 15-minute walk to the beach. Parking at the beach is sometime a problem, so walking was a good option. The whole complex is beautifully kept, pool and a hot tub are clean and well maintained. There are many grilling stations equipped with good Weber bbqs. This unit is so well equipped I was absolutely surprised, the kitchen has really everything including… the meat thermometer. Enough pots and plates, everything new and good quality. Beds are comfortable and really there was absolutely nothing to complain about. Clean, comfortable and very nice.

Perfect condo and location

Our family loved the condo. It's as beautiful as the pictures. We especially enjoyed the back patio and grill area. The location is not right on the beach but is a short drive to all the beaches in South Maui. Close enough to Kihei for stores and restaurants but outside of the busy city.This location will not disappoint.

Great condo!

We loved our stay. The condo was perfect. The location is great in that it is close to beaches, shopping and dining. The condo itself is in a quiet and relaxing location. The pool is beautiful. Most of all the condo was the perfect place for our family. It is beautiful and very comfortable. Cara was great in keeping us updated and providing great information on things to do in the area. Looking forward to our next visit.
