About this property

Close to Downtown Omaha and Interstate.

Close to everything - Downtown Omaha/Old Market, College World Series Stadium, Slump Buster, Berkshire Shareholders Meeting, CHI Center, Bike Trails, Interstate 80, Casinos, Eppley Airport and Shopping. About 10 minutes to all these. Newly renovated.

Do not hesitate to reach out with questions or information with regards to price or dates, especially if you are coming to town for the CWS. If you are staying for a longer period of time, a discount can be offered. More beds can be added if needed as well. Happy to make what you need work!

You have access to all areas with the exception of third bedroom (storage), downstairs closet, pantry and garage.

It is possible to add another twin bed to the second bedroom if needed as well as a twin air mattress. Please just let me know ahead of time. 65in TV in living room uses Roku and bedrooms have Amazon Fire Stick (Amazon account needed). No cable. Please no smoking/vaping, parties or pets.

Great host and good location for CWS

Nathan was a great host with easy communication, very well stocked house, quiet location with easy access to Omaha for CWS. Would stay here again when we go back.
