Property is adjacent to a boat launch. Perfect to launch your kayak. Only minutes from grocery store, shopping, and great restaurants. 45 minutes from Lancaster, 35 minutes from Gettysburg, 20 minutes from Hershey and 15 from City Island. Close to shopping outlets, concert venues and much more. Outside cameras are on the property. Inside camera can be unplugged upon checkin this is for the security of the property.

Why they chose this property
When I was younger we had a Lake house and I always wanted to own a property on the water that I could enjoy. To be able to sit and watch the water flow and nature is one of the most relaxing views from my property. You occasionally get to see a crane fly down the creek or even sometimes walk across my yard. I am very thankful to be able to share this with others when the stay at my home.

Being located on the Conodoguinet Creek on a private and quiet setting, but that you have all your essentials within a 5 minute drive.
