**THE RETREAT PROPERTY**
INDOORS: Happy Glamper RV is a spacious destination trailer, built and designed for extended stays with a range of residential comforts that remind you of home. Tankless water heater and 3 ducted A/C units help keep Guests comfortable. It measures almost 43' long with 4 slide-outs and high ceilings. It has dual entry doors, with wooden steps that lead to both the primary bedroom and the sliding glass doors (living room). Happy Glamper RV truly delivers mobile‑home levels of comfort and space for weekend or long‑stay campers who prioritize roominess over ruggedness.
The spacious kitchen is well equipped with a residential side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, pantry, solid-surface countertops, a dining table and 4 chairs, and a breakfast nook overlooking the living area with bar stools. There is a gas stove, microwave, 12-cup drip coffee maker, electric toaster oven, electric water kettle, personal size blender for drinks, cooking pots and pans, can opener, cooking utensils, dishes, drinking glasses, eating utensils, cooking spices, coffee mugs, and more. Our hope is that your retreat at Happy Glamper RV will provide you with welcoming home-away-from-home vibes.
The living room offers lounge seating centered around an entertainment center with a 50" Smart TV for streaming your subscribed channels. It also has an electric fireplace. One of the double sofas recline for your comfort. There are usb charging ports on the walls near the sofas, and a ceiling fan for comfort.
The primary bedroom has a California king bed with a memory foam mattress (medium firmness). There are touch lamps with usb/c charging ports, a 32" Roku TV (extends out from wall) for movie nights in, and there is a desk and chair for those needing to do remote work and have a private working area. There is a small electric fireplace for cool mornings, and in the closet, you'll find a portable fan for your comfort. There is a small stackable washer/dryer in the corner of the room that will allow you to wash and dry smaller loads of laundry. The primary bedroom has a designated A/C unit, and the thermostat is on the wall by the bedroom door leading to the main living area.
The bathroom has a small sink and vanity and a 32" by 40" step-in shower with a hand-held shower faucet and frosted sliding doors. The toilet has a foot pedal to flush and fill the toilet with water. Turkish towels are provided in the cabinets along with RV-safe toilet paper. There are more hooks for hanging towels right outside the bathroom door.
The loft bedroom has higher ceilings than most RVs, and most adults can sit up on the twin beds without hitting their head :) There are 32" by 80" memory foam floor mattresses, approximately 5" thick. The windows provide treehouse views, and there are usb charging ports.
OUTDOORS: When you step out of your car and on to the large private deck, you will take in the views and know your peaceful retreat has begun as you are surrounded by nature. There is a large brick fire pit in the center of the deck for s'mores memories, and extendable marshmallow roasters are under the kitchen sink in the RV. 4 Comfortable Adirondack chairs are spaced around the fire pit for your comfort. “Rim of the Canyon Café and General Store” is less than 2 miles from the property and has s’more supplies and lots of other goodies for your retreat! In the corner is a picnic table, great for outdoor dining. Stringed lights above are for your peaceful evenings and are operated by a control right inside the RV door. Next to the deck, you'll see a campground-style BBQ grill. Bring your favorite charcoal or wood chips for grilling, and BBQ grill tools are located inside the RV under the kitchen sink. In the woods, but viewable from the RV, you'll see the double hammock...perfect for enjoying afternoon naps :) Across the graveled parking area, you'll see "Haven of Honey" Bee Resort....feel free to grab a chair and watch their habits. They are very calm and mild, but don't get close, as nature will have them defending their resort ;)
The metal building, "Sarsaparilla Lookout Workshop" near Happy Glamper RV serves as a workshop for the homeowners and Peaceful Retreats...as well as a temporary cabin when the homeowners are there, as they plan to build a permanent cabin in the woods in the next couple of years :)
Down close to Peaceful Hideaway Treehouse and Serenity Escape Treehouse, there are two easy walking trails - Rippling Brook Walking Trail and Lost and Found Walking Trail. Each trail is perfect for picnics on the ground and has access to a swing-for-two in the woods! Rippling Brook Walking Trail leads to a creek that runs through the property.
