The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We especially loved the patio and hot tub! The location was also great - a short walk the the beach and restaurants. We would definitely stay again.
The condo was cozy just enough space for our small family of four. The private jacuzzi was a great time at the end of the day. Lots of local spots to eat or grab a drink and the beach was walking distance which was also nice.
My husband and I stayed for a week to visit our first grandchild. The location is close to everything you need in PB and a short ride to La Jolla, which I always like to visit. The space was perfect for the two of us and we used the seating area outside every morning to have our coffee, which by the way there are plenty of good coffee shops (like Java Earth) close by. Of course, the is a coffee machine and coffee provided, but we liked walking to get our coffee every morning. The space is clean and gives you everything you need. I would definitely stay there again!
This place was great it was very quiet and very close to great food and coffee shops! The hot tub was really nice and the patio space was great . We would stay here again!
My wife and I stayed here for s couple weeks this winter. The location is great, a quiet neighborhood north of the main action in Pacific Beach. But there were also several great bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The apartment is cozy, but perfect for two people. Kim was very responsive when we had a glitch and it was cleared up quickly. We would definitely stay here again.
Home was as described. No surprises. Description is accurate. Bed was comfortable. Hot tub worked well. Garage is a little small if you have a larger vehicle to park but street parking is not a problem.
Location, vibe, & private hot tub! This place was just what we needed for our two week vacation in San Diego. A short walk from Tourmaline Surf Park & convenient to everything!
Great location in north PB. Walking distance to plenty of eateries and the beach. Nice outdoor space, and the hot tub is nice on a cool night. Would stay again.
We really liked this place. It was so simple to check in and out, and we were in a very central location. I loved the use of the hot tub! It’s not super private but the people nearby were not nosey or loud. We really liked it!
The apartment was in a great location and we especially enjoyed the hot tub and having a garage to park in. The kitchen needs updating but for the price, you can’t beat it. We would definitely stay here again.
Perfect location for a morning coffee and beach stroll. Less than 10 min. walk to Tourmaline surf park and plenty of unique coffee & food options along the way. Super easy to get to/from the airport and the highway. We did leave SD a few times so having the garage parking made leaving easy and stress free. The place itself is cute and quaint and had the basics which was good enough for us. The private patio area and hot tub is an awesome feature, definitely wish we had more time to enjoy that space. Overall I’d absolutely stay here again, the host was helpful and easy to contact.
Clean and comfortable. We were surprised to learn that there was no central air in this unit. However, once we got a little more acclimated to the climate, the space was comfortable with all of the fans provided.
We enjoyed our stay at Kim’s place. We know the North PB area and Kim’s has a typical alley entrance, but the location is quite, has its own garage and private entrance. The place is spacious with a nice bedroom and comfortable bed. The best part is the large comfortable patio, which is unique in this area. There are a number of coffee shops and restaurants within a short walk and beaches are walkable, too. Good value.
We ended up Happy! Ran into a few things from a previous review I read. The dishes weren’t all clean. Other then that the room met our needs and enhanced our time in San Diego.
Short walking distances to a great market and a great French bakery - can’t beat that. Nice clean hot tub in a pleasant courtyard although not very private - visible from two upstairs apartments right next door. The kitchen was decent although not as well appointed as some we stayed at. Close to some good restaurants on Cass Street. The two tv’s could have benefitted from some written instructions for the more technically challenged. We would stay here again.
Nestled in a great location straddling Pacific Beach and La Jolla, this place is a hidden gem with a private outdoor space, lots of natural light, and a hot tub! Stone's throw from a surf/coffee shop, grocery store, gas station, etc and walking distance to the beach (I surfed after I logged off working remote each day and just walked down in my bare feet). We took advantage of eating out the whole week, but the stove is a little dated for those looking to cook). Will stay again next time we are in San Diego, thanks!

Meh, it was ok
This place is adequate. It was clean. Bedroom is nice. Kitchen desperately needs to be updated (w a dishwasher). It’s kind of a cave with limited light. Neighbors are too close.
It did the trick, but I wouldn’t stay again.

Good location but ……..
I had a love hate relationship with this property. It feels wrong to be charged a cleaning fee when the house was dirty from the start. The very dated kitchen (disgusting stove) was almost horrible. Dirty dishes, pans, etc. we’re found in the cupboards. I literally had to wash everything we used. Throw pillows on sofa and bed were obviously dirty with grime and spots. All of that was very off putting.
The good parts - bathroom was updated, sheets were clean, the bed was comfortable. The space inside was big enough, the outside space nice though not very private. The local area had lots of restaurants and an upscale grocery store close by. Getting to the beach was a nice short walk each morning. I found things to enjoy and and also things to hate. As usual the pictures posted don’t show any of the downside. Be aware that it’s not as spacious and modern as the pictures imply.
