About this property

Jupiter View - Creekside Secret.

Sleeping 8 adults with comfort, in three bedrooms and with 3.5 bathrooms, this townhome is the perfect location for a larger or extended family gathering or gathering of friends/colleagues. Plenty of space to spread out (and get ready!) It is steps from the bus route and just a couple of minutes from everything, Park View is a treasured development of condo's nestled into Park City busy center, with views directly looking up to the Park City Ski Area and backing out onto the quiet McLeod Creek and trail.

There is a small private garage for one car. ( Garage door 94.5" wide, 93" tall) The townhome is light and airy and beautifully finished. The living room area has a comfy sectional sofa and a large dining table, where you can gather to play games and catch up after a day in the mountains. The living room area opens onto a wonderful, covered deck, looking across the McLoud Creek. The Open plan kitchen, has all the amenities you could wish for in your home away from home as well as a breakfast bar and small cafe style table, great for an additional work space, or cozy meal. In addition, there is a small cozy 'nook' by the fire, with a TV, where you can sit back and relax.
Upstairs, there are 2 good sized bedrooms both with king beds and separate ensuite bathrooms. One bedroom has a lovely deck, again looking out over the creek.
Downstairs, there is one more bedroom suite, with a king size bed, as well as a queen sleeper sofa and a cozy gas fire. This suite has an ensuite bathroom.

This is a quiet, mainly residential neighborhood. In less than a mile you will find great places to eat and exercise as well as many of Park City's famous outdoor trails. ParkView is located right behind the Park City Peaks Hotel, with a wonderful skating rink open to all. The free local bus stops about 200m away, and will take you to the base of either resort in 10 minutes as well as to the main street for après ski, shopping or dining.

The entire house is yours to enjoy, including the single car garage and additional street parking (if available).

Check-in is simple and easy, with no need to stop at a central office. Go straight to the house when you arrive in Park City and enjoy. Disrespectful host

Everything was fine except the couch. The couch Susan blames on us for breaking, when it was already damaged. She is removing my momey from my bank account for something I did not do. None of us… we offered help and she rudely denied it.

I am British born and bred and moved to the east coast US in 2005. I passionately skied for several years with my 4 children, in Jay Peak, Vermont, but after visiting Utah a couple of times, made the move to Park City in 2012. We adore the life here, summer and winter. Utah is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts and I am delighted to be able to share some of my family's passion with our guests. As relative newcomers to Park City we are always exploring and constantly enjoying the discovery of new places and things to see and do.

Why they chose this property

Park View is a wonderful, centrally located complex in the heart of Park City. Sitting almost half way between Park City's Mountain Village and Canyon's Village, it offers amazing access to both areas. The public bus runs right past the condo, so getting anywhere is a breeze. It is surrounded by great amenities for shopping, dining and sports, (golf, hiking, biking in summer, XC skiing and downhill skiing in winter) all within a short walk or bus ride. Need I say more? This owner fell in love with the location and spends many weeks every year enjoying everything the city has to offer in their treasured home.
