This lovely brick home is located at New River Marina, home to Pelagic Hunter Sport-fishing which is right on the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway and offers BOTH a Sunrise AND Sunset view. Free fishing off of marina dock!

Property includes sleeping for up to TWELVE! Main bedroom includes King Bed, 2nd & 3rd bedrooms include Queen Beds, 1 private pull out couch and a pull out couch in the living room = can sleep up to 12. THREE full bathrooms also included in this vacation home. Linens INCLUDED at no additional cost with your stay!

Property features a large kitchen that is open to the living room, a ping pong table and dining room seating for those large groups meals and entertaining up to 12! Relax after a long day of fishing on the back deck and enjoy a beautiful Carolina summer evening.

Boat slip is available for an extra fee, not to exceed 21 foot-please inquire for availability.

Perfect vacation rental for boaters

Spacious clean house, located right next to marina. 3 minutes to hop into the boat (rental or bring your own), and also just a few minutes drive by car to topsail beaches. View onto the marina fuel tanks is admittedly of questionable beauty, but does not really matter that much when recovering from a beach day in the nice cool house.

Convenient to fishing

The house location is good for launching a boat and fishing The house was spacious and can accommodate The number of people listed however has several safety and cleanliness concerns. No smoke detectors were in evidence and the deck railing was very wobbly and unsafe. Master bath was very old and dated and dark, never did get hot water there. Kitchen was not well Stocked with pots/pans or eating utensils. Beds were uncomfortable. Everything seemed overused - saw a few roaches We left a day early.
