We had a great stay! The property is clean and updated! Plenty of beds for a large group. Enjoyed the hot tub! We only stayed 1 night, but would definitely stay again if we are in the area!

Great location

The house was a bit smaller than excepted but it worked well for our trip. I brought my service dog with me and they had amenities available for her too. The host was quick with responses too. The location is close to many areas of interest and we had a lot of fun.

Sheridan House 2 is amazing

My family of adults and young children (And a couple of dogs) LOVED the property and all the extras offered to us by the hosts. There are plenty of comfortable beds and a beautiful stocked kitchen. The yard is great for a bonfire and soak in the hot tub. It is close to the lake and many cool possible activities. We even had a family of deer walk out of the wooded area across the road and walk through the yard as the kids played outside. The hospitality and communication of the hosts was AMAZING. Totally giving this home and experience a 5 star review!

Good Location, Accuracy of Listing and Cleanliness Could Be Improved

Our group of 8 adults and 4 children had an okay stay. The house itself is small to comfortable fit a group this size, despite having sleeping arrangements for large groups. Living space is really only suitable for 4-5 adults. Overall, I felt the property listing photos did not accurately depict this property. Despite being remodeled, the house is much older than the photos make it appear. The bunk room is very small (just enough room for the beds, but nothing else). We were not the most satisfied with the cleanliness of the property (upon arrival, could tell one toilet was not cleaned from precious stay, floors not swept; gnats inside were a nuisance throughout the stay; and we did not use the bunk room after 1 night due to ants). We did communicate with the host these items and he quickly responded to the issues (offered to have a cleaning person come out, see if there was anything to do about the bugs, and ultimately did refund us some money back). The location of the house is good. Street is quiet.
