Newly renovated kitchen and bathroom in this 1950's cottage less than 4 miles from the beach! This home sleeps up to 8 people between its 3 bedrooms and bonus sun room with a pull out couch. The open kitchen, dining room and living room layout is great for entertaining, and the bonus sun room provides a second TV and dining room for additional guests, game nights, and relaxation. Right on Route 1, with easy access to the local beach, Watch Hill, local dining with beach front restaurants, Ocean House, Atlantic Park, Wilcox Park, wineries, breweries, casino, Mystic Seaport, and more! This house is fully stocked with linens, towels, laundry, and cookware. After the beach, enjoy an outdoor shower and utilize the grill and patio in the spacious yard. Great place for family vacation, group celebrations, or off-season long term rentals.

My children and I had a wonderful week staying at this incredibly clean and spacious house! It had everything you needed and plenty of dining area! The yard was great as well as the outdoor shower. So close to everything and the beach! Would definitely stay here again!

This house was very clean and very spacious ! We loved the property and hope to rebook. It has everything you’d want, is decorated so cute, and was in a perfect location. We were pleasantly surprised because we didn’t realize there was a parking pass for Wuskenau Beach at booking so that saved us the trouble most days of paying for parking. Would highly recommend Tim and Val again as hosts ! Loved it !

Weekend Beach Getaway

We had an amazing time! The house was perfect and child friendly. The house had all the amenities you could ever need for cooking in the evenings. Our hosts were very friendly! I would recommend this property to anyone!

Perfect weekend

It was a great spot with a short drive to the beach, the house was well stocked with everything you could ever need. The house was all renovated and new and the kitchen was beautiful. Definitely coming back next summer!
