Cozy Aframe Near Frankenmuth and Bay City
Cozy, moody A-Frame cabin in the Great Lakes Bay area. Perfect for a couple or small group getaway. This unique space makes you want to relax all day in your pjs and a cup of coffee. It's also close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit - only 5 minutes to downtown bay city shopping, restaurants, and coffee shops. Only 25 minutes to Frankenmuth and 10 minutes to beach - Lake Huron.
Welcome to the A-Frames on Heavenridge.
This listing is one of two A-frame cabins on the property, connected by garages in a duplex-style layout. Each unit is completely private with its own entrance and no shared interior spaces.
Originally built in 1971, the A-frame has been updated with modern finishes while keeping its original character and design. The unique twin A-frame layout is one of the only setups like this in Michigan.
The space:

- Bright open living area with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and large windows
- Central heating & air conditioning
- Fast WiFi + 55” 4K Smart TV
- Board games & cards
Kitchen:
Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster, microwave, and essential cookware. Complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer included.
Sleeping arrangements:
- King bed (main level)
- Queen bed (loft)
- Twin bed (loft)
Bathroom & laundry:
- Washer & dryer
- Complimentary laundry pods
- Fresh linens, towels, and basic toiletries provided
Parking:
Driveway parking available for up to 2 vehicles (parked back-to-back)
QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10pm - 7am.
This is a quiet residential neighborhood and parties are not allowed. We want our guests to have a good time but please keep the noise to a minimum and be respectful of our neighbors. Per Airbnb's recommendation, we have installed a noise monitor inside the house. Failure to follow the quiet hour requirements will result in a minimum $250 fine and a phone call to local law enforcement.
EXTERIOR CAMERAS:
We do have two exterior cameras at to ensure the property is safe at all times. One near the front entrance (which can see all cars/people that enter) and one near the back entrance (which can see all of the backyard, including fire-pit and hot tub).
CHILDREN SAFETY:
Please keep an eye on your younger children. Lots of share edges along with steep, floating stairs. We are not liable for any accidents during your stay. Please do not book if you feel the space is not suitable for children.
PETS:
Due to family allergies, we do not allow pets in the home. If you are traveling with a service animal, we will do our very best to accommodate you, but we would encourage you to look for other pet friendly accommodations.
HOUSE RULES:
- Max of 5 people and no unregistered guests.
- No parties and loud music.
- No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vapors, marijuana, etc) both inside and outside the house.
- No illegal activity.
- Do not flush sanitary items down the toilet.
Failure to observe any of the house rules will result in a minimum $250 fine.
CHECK IN Procedure:
- A few days prior to your check in date, we will message you detailed check in instructions
- We will message you self checkin door code the day of check in
- Check in is at 3pm or later
CHECK OUT Procedure:
- Check out is at 10am.
- Please rinse all dirty dishes and put them in dishwasher.
- Please leave used towels in laundry room.
- Put any moved furniture/patio chairs back where it was.
Your cleaning fee covers a normal amount of clean up in addition to washing/ folding linen and folding your washed towels. Any additional cleaning (i.e. excess trash, dirt, stains, etc) will result in an additional cleaning charge.
We do not expect our guests to clean or remove bedding during their stay, but we do expect guests to respect our home. We would appreciate it if you leave the house in the same or better condition as you found it :)
