Late Check-out: We can sometimes accommodate late check-out requests, but do have to charge a fee to remain compliant with Airbnb's terms of service. Unapproved late check-outs beyond the time posted in the listing will be charged an extra fee: $25 per 15 minutes and this does not extend your stay.

The 3BR with bonus room /2 bath home (bonus room with beds) was just completely renovated in 2021. Brand new kitchen countertops, new floors, brand new stainless steel appliances, central heating and AC, and with a huge dock. Open concept on the main level allows you to interact with friends and family from the fully equipped kitchen. From both the upstairs and downstairs living spaces, you can watch the sunset on the lake. Lakefront views can be seen from most of the home.

The first floor has a covered patio with lake views leading into a recreation room with a built in bar including wine fridge, pool table, and seating area. There is also a master bedroom with a king size bed, full bathroom, and laundry room downstairs.

The second floor has a newly remodeled stocked kitchen with everything you’ll need to prepare meals with a small dining area that opens up to a living area with beautiful views of the lake. Also for extra sleeping we have a daybed located in the living upstairs room. The living room opens up to a very large covered balcony with a large outdoor dining area, Down the hall on the second floor there is a queen bed with lake views, a bonus room with 2 sets of bunk beds, and a full bathroom.

Smart tvs are in both the upstairs and downstairs living spaces as well as the downstairs king bedroom. Fast Xfinity WiFi! And smart technology such as Nest thermostats and an Alexa show are located throughout the home.

Our kitchen is pretty stocked with the basics and you are free to use any of the utensils/spaces as you please. We are conveniently located just 7 miles away from Food Lion to shop for your groceries. The kitchen has all the standard equipment including a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, full oven/stovetop, and dishwasher.

The property shares a driveway with another vacation property, so we ask that you bring no more than 2 cars. .

This unique property is in a quiet cove that is great for fishing, swimming, kayaking and has many places to just sit and relax including the downstairs patio and 2nd floor huge covered porch where you can watch the herons on the lake. There’s a fire pit and nice area for yard games. Curl up with a book on the one of the numerous benches located throughout the property or take a short walk down to the private dock. Enjoy swimming in the no wake cove or take a relaxing ride on the provided kayak, canoe, or paddle board. You can slip your boat at the side of the dock, water level at dock is approximately 4.5 to 5 ft. at full pond. It is an easy walk down to the lake utilizing the path. Great fishing from the dock! There are several marinas nearby that rent boats and if you bring your own, you’re welcome to tie off to our dock. **Please keep in mind we do not control the lake levels, it is best to do your own research on the lake levels during your selected dates to ensure that you can dock your boat**

Video surveillance of dock and outdoor spaces in place. Kayak, Paddle-board, Canoe, and Life Jackets provided. Use of Kayak, Canoe, and Paddle-board are at your own risk. We do have a service regularly spray the property for bugs and pests, but as with all lakefront homes, there could be flies and mosquitoes in the home when the doors and windows are left open. This a 2 story property with a staircase. The property shares a driveway with another vacation property, “Reel Simple”, so we ask that you bring no more than 2 cars.

Linens & Towels: A basic supply of towels and linens is provided for a maximum of 8 people. Bed linens and bath towels are not changed during your stay. No bath towels are allowed to leave the rental property. Please bring your own beach towels.

Provided Starter Supplies. For your convenience, you will find basic starter supplies of bathroom amenities, laundry detergent, paper towels, tissues, toilet paper, dish soap and detergent already in the vacation rental. You must purchase any required additional supplies if necessary. The kitchen is stocked with basic spices.

Highchairs and Cribs: Portable high chair, baby dishes, and pack N play provided on property. You accept all liability for the use of supplied highchairs and cribs.

Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living onsite 24/7.
