This VRBO is in an excellent walking location to the Plaza. The complex was superbly maintained and the "regular residents" were very nice & helpful. Mario (host) was available immediately, even when there was an issue & not in his control (main garage door into parking structure was "stuck" 1/2 way open --once). The primary bedroom was a great size & comfy. The 'twin' bedroom was on the smaller side with a ceiling skylight as the only means for natural lighting. Probably great for kids, but if 2 couples are staying...they should understand that the rooms are not equal. The living/dining room area was plenty spacious, and the kitchen was very well appointed. The flight of stairs as shown in the listing's photographs - is accurate and they lead to the upstairs living space.The unit was perfect for us. Mario was a great host.

This is a beautiful and spacious condo in a quiet location about 10 minutes walking distance to the historic Santa Fe Plaza. The furniture is very comfortable (especially chairs and beds) and the towels and sheets seem new. There are many lovely touches in every room without feeling cluttered. It was very convenient to have a dedicated parking space in the garage. The only draw back is that guests must climb a flight of stairs after entering the front door to reach the condo and carry suitcases up and down the stairs.

Great place, amazing location

We really enjoyed our stay and would chose this place again. The location was fantastic. Short and easy walk to the historic district, but just far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The cooking supplies were great, and it was clean and comfortable.

The location was perfect to walk to the square for dining and shopping. Beds were very comfortable. It was quiet and had everything we needed for an adult friends weekend. This place is a gem! Impeccably clean, perfectly located in a well-tended, amenity-stocked complex that is STEPS away from all the charms of the Plaza. The unit is clearly well cared for and loved by its owners. Mario was super responsive and helpful with a question we had as well. We would happily stay here again and again.
