The condo is nice enough, and the mini-split AC units in each room were nice. However, the amenities were the most basic version. Not bad per say, but not high quality either. But it suited our needs.

Nice view of the water from the balcony, very good location. Close to all attractions of interest. Only suggestion is resupply the kitchen utensils. Very few knives and forks. Should have ample kitchen supplies for up to 6 people.

Pros: excellent location, never had trouble with finding close parking, AC was great, kitchen was stocked with very very basics. Cons: terrible beds, extremely thin “mattress” pad, and economical frames that are bent and falling apart, VERY thin walls, not the greatest shower water pressure, no laundry baskets and lived out of our suitcases the whole time. The balcony furniture was filthy so we didn’t sit outside much, there were not enough towels and had toAsk for beach towels. Microwave was broken, mentioned to management and when I reached back out after 5 days, it was replaced (JC was awesome). Over all, would only recommend for a short stay 1-3 nights max. We stayed two weeks and would not stay here again.

The pictures are better than the reality. That being said. It doesn’t matter. This little Gem turned out to be a Cozy spacious convenient little place. It was so nice to have my own private spacious room to sleep in… and using the spacious kitchen for meals was so convenient and cost effective. Coffee in the morning and a glass of wine sitting out in the coolness of the evening on the Balcony over looking the Bay. I highly recommend this little Gem.. I definitely will be back.

Really nice location.

Great location in Mission Bay and literally steps to the beach. It was a nice quiet neighborhood and much more laid back than Pacific Beach.

Excellent property for a nice vacation!

Checking in and out was straight forward and easy, the property was quite clean and well put together, living spaces were comfortable and spacious, the extra tv’s helped keep the kids occupied and we were very close to all the things we love to do. Lots of kitchen utensils to use and lovely patio space. Recommend!
