About this property

Experience the best of Loreto from your private and centrally located getaway. Casa Concha is located one block from the marina and the main public beach. With three outdoor terraces, you can enjoy spectacular views around the clock. Wake up to coffee on the cozy front balcony, enjoy dinner on the main deck and sip your favorite cocktail from the rooftop palapa. The house is completely enclosed with off-street parking. Casa Concha is equipped with a full kitchen including stainless cooktop, oven and french door refrigerator. There is also fiber-optic wireless internet, washer and dryer and plenty of beach towels.

This is a great spot for couples or a family. The fully enclosed yard makes it easy to bring your pets along, and there is a dog-friendly beach just down the block. The rooftop terrace is accessed via a spiral staircase which may be tricky to navigate for the very young or elderly.

Note that Loreto is a quaint Mexican town and as such it is typical to experience dogs, roosters, and music at all hours. This can be difficult for light sleepers.

Great location and house

Casa Concha is in a great part of Loreto… just a short walk into the town center. It’s on a quiet street that feels very safe. The house itself has great views and lovely outdoor seating. Karen was quick to respond to all of our questions. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great house!

Wonderful house. Comfortable bedrooms, nice open shower bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen. The deck with a palapa roof on the third floor was amazing! We spent most of our time up there enjoying the view. Very close to the Malecon, easy walking to many good restaurants. We rented a golf cart which helped getting around town. Would go back again!

Comfortable in Loreto

We stayed a week at Casa Concha and had a great time. The house was clean and ready when we arrived. It was spacious with great views from 3 different outdoor spaces. The location was perfect for walking to great restaurants, beach, marina, shopping. The area felt very safe. The house has everything you might want, BBQ, well appointed kitchen, lovely decor, etc. Karen, the host, was the most responsive host we have ever had. She was the best! Gave excellent recommendations for restaurants, boat captains, shopping. It was a great week. Thank you so much.

Nice break from camping

Really lovely house that suited our needs. Perfect for two couples or a family. Secure parking for our camper was a bonus. As noted in the description, there are barking dogs nearby which became a bit tiresome. Karen was great and responded to our questions within minutes.
