The only complaint that I can come up with is...nothing really. The house was perfect for an overnight stay with my wife, daughter and pup. I would for sure stay here again. Very quick response time by host and very accommodating.

Great place to stay - comfortable, clean and very peaceful. Sitting on the front porch or back patio with just views of nature was super relaxing. Bonus that it is pup friendly with space for them to stretch their legs. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with cooking essential (plates, pans, etc). Host was very responsive and check in and check out process was super easy. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay while in Cookeville.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels. The grounds and view were beautiful. The neighborhood was very quiet. That's pretty much everything we hope for.

Home was generally clean, spacious, comfortable, and included personal care products (i.e., shampoo, conditioner, etc.), as well as laundry detergent. Thank you! Definitely worth the overall cost. House could use a deeper clean (floors, walls) and it would be great if owners considered going with clean, scent-free detergents and 100% cotton sheets and cutting out the plug-in air fresheners. (Way too strong.)

Everything about the home was perfect. very clean and comfortable. Shelia answered any questions that we had and made us feel at home. I’ll be appliances work perfectly. The bathrooms were outfitted nicely. Itwas a very pleasant stay.

Walking in the home was open and clean. Outside it was so peaceful and absolutely beautiful, all the beds were so comfortable. Anytime I messaged Sheila she responded almost immediately and the check out process was so easy as well which was great because we had to be somewhere very early that morning. We will definitely stay when we come back if it’s available

The host was welcoming and helpful. This is a wonderful house, especially for a family. I can't say enough good things about this property. It was VERY clean and we are so grateful for that! Spacious and love the open floor plan in the common areas. The yard was well manicured and our pups loved it! The area is so beautiful! We hope to visit again! Thank you!
