Living room has brand new furniture, a fireplace & 55”Smart TV, 4 bedrooms with premium beds and beddings; a laundry room; luxury toiletries; coffee bar, new floors, a deck and a dedicated home office space great for WFH.

All the amenities you would expect at a luxury such as plush robes, fantastic linens, towels, toiletries, and even some things you might forget to pack.

We certainly enjoyed our stay at the South Wedge home. Nice neighborhood, and the house was great. Obviously remodeled but with the historic charm intact. There was plenty of room for my grandchildren to play, and the kitchen was spacious. The bedrooms were nice. Certainly found the price reasonable, as well.

Graduation Stay

Clean and quite a spacious home. Plenty of parking. One of the bedrooms is on the first floor which was very useful for our older relative. It has a separate office. Short walk to Lilac Festival. Comfortable beds. We had a nice stay.

Property was the perfect size for our family, there’s ample off street parking, & in a good location, close to our family’s wedding events. The host was very responsive & allowed us to check in, when we arrived at the house 20 minutes early. Overall cleanliness was good, with just a few minor observations. The floors could have been cleaner, the clean towels were damp & we had to put them in the dryer, the bathroom vents were extremely dusty, & there wasn’t a sufficient number of bathroom towel racks. Beyond this, it was a nice stay & would stay there again.

Beautiful Rochester Home

When I entered this home, everything was clean, newly renovated and modern. The owner went through a lot of trouble to be sure there were nice amenities like extra toiletries, a keurig, complementary waters, and even multiple types of chargers. The house was comfortable with full/queen beds in each of 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The owner was very responsive to any questions I had. We enjoyed our stay!

The furnishings were cheap and sparse. There were no bedside lamps or mirrors. There was no way to make ice cubes. The small house was clean with very few basics.

Great rental, No central AC

Overall, nice and clean. New and fresh. Pros: Great location. Well appointed kitchen. All new appliances. Comfy beds. New and comfy furniture. Plenty of towels and linens are good. Cons: there is only central AC on the bottom floor. Three of the bedrooms upstairs have portable AC units, which are loud. One room only had a tower fan. It was hot when we stayed, so the upstairs hallway and bathroom were really warm. I don’t remember reading that in the listing..central ac down, portable units up. Also, we were fine with the neighborhood, but not everyone might be. It’s definitely transitioning, so there plenty of houses that look beat up or not taken care of. We had no problems however, in any way.
