Additional features include a large stand alone spa and a totally finished garage gym with a built-in mini split for cooling the space whenever you need to. The backyard is a dream sanctuary! You'll find yourself surrounded by magic and joy in every direction; from the usual family of hummingbirds flying around the bright Meyer lemon tree to the lush green grass or the orange and lavender desert sunsets over the mountains, you'll never tire of the beauty all around you! This house was the ideal place to spend a few weeks in Palm Springs. It was close to everything when we ventured out. It was ideal when we just wanted to hang out and enjoy the pool. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed using the BBQ outside as well. We slept well here. The house was very clean and just as pictured. Our dog enjoyed the freedom of running around in the fenced yard. We would look to rent here again if it was available on our next trip.

Everything about our stay at this property was easy and comfortable. Owner was responsive, check in was a breeze, and everything we needed was available (extra toilet paper, dish soap, shampoo, laundry supplies, etc). Kitchen was well stocked too. We had the pool heated for our visit and it was perfect. The yard was a great size for our corgis to run. House is located in a nice area close to everything. Try the El Salvador Cafe and Peruvian Fuego restaurant if you get a chance! Would definitely stay here again.

We spent February and March 2025 at this beautiful property which is situated on a sizeable corner lot and is conveniently located, close to many amenities, including tennis courts and downtown restaurants. The owners are easy to communicate with and are responsive. We truly felt like this was/is our home away from home, and we look forward to returning.

Annual Summer Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time at this property. House was very clean and comfortable. Our dogs loved the yard! Owners were very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. The pool was the highlight of our visit. House is close to tram, hiking trails and downtown. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay

We were 4 family members sharing this lovely vacation home. The house is a mid century modern with art deco decor, in true Palm Springs fashion. The home offers comfortable furnishings and beds as well as great outdoor space. We enjoyed the hot tub and my grandson had a great time in the pool. The yard is large with plenty of room for young ones to run around. We appreciated the washer and dryer

In some respects the accuracy of the property is correct ,there was several aspects of the villa that need attention and are inaccurate to the pictures listed.The villa is roomy and comfortable but with a check in book that was not available it took a while for us to sort out the air conditioning. The villa is clean with all equipment etc catered for but we did not like boiling the kettle thd old fashioned way on the gas hob,electric one needed.Fridge,washer,dryer etc good.The toilet shower room needs a curtain as it is not private. This from the walk in closet and when using the back door. This also was troublesome to open from the outside.The hottub issues that occurred were raised and sorted well with the clients.Outside the pool is cleaned regularly and is an excellent size. Furniture good.The other outside furniture was in poor state along with the bbq and fire pit table. These had not been used in a very long time and were dirty and needed replacing,cleaning,repairing. We did not use them.Overall the villa was well positioned for amenities and the town itself. It needs a little tlc in some places and on some appliances.
