Our amenities include an outdoor heated pool (summer months only closed September 15th), library, game room, & fitness room. Want to spend the day at the lakeshore? It’s only 30mins away. Or go downtown for events, concerts, restaurants, breweries and so much more. We are just 8 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids.

It was great. Big comfortable bedrooms. Very clean. Smelled so good. Really cool place to stay. I plan on renting this apartment again. I would definitely recommend it.

Host was prompt with all requests. We had five people staying so did have to purchase toilet paper and Kleenex, but did appreciate the Q-tips. The place was clean. If you go in the winter, take advantage of the big warm blanket in the master bedroom closet. Instructions as to where to take the trash out would have been helpful, but we figured it out. Thank you, Jesse, for a great overall stay.

Wonderful, quiet, clean apartment

My wife and I took our two teenage daughters to a concert in Grand Rapids and this was a perfect place to stay! Quiet, clean and close to town. Check in was easy and the host was very responsive.

Beautifully decorated apartment

Well stocked with coffee options, Keurig or pour over, we really appreciated the ample bath products (bodywash, shampoo, conditioner) and fluffy towels. Lovely decor and very clean. Hosts were easy to communicate with and were very gracious!! Wifi worked great, as did streaming tv.

Queen beds were perfect size in each bedroom. 2 full bathrooms gave us plenty of room for our stay. Has everything we needed. We will stay again!

Weekend stay at the castle!

Jesse was very helpful and great with communication! The three rooms had plenty of space and the area was very clean! The directions provided were very helpful! My friends and I had a great time staying here! It is just a short drive into the city! Thanks for a great stay! :)

Great space for a group

We were very pleased with this property which we booked for a family visit. Location near main travel arteries made for quick access to points of interest. Rooms were clean, linens were fresh and everything worked as it should. Elevators were quick, ample parking and helpful tenants/staff. This apartment was tastefully decorated, with all the amenities we needed. Host was very accommodating and available as needed. Will stay there again when the opportunity presents itself.

Lovely place while visiting GR

This was quite an interesting place to stay. Fun to explore. The unit was so spacious and clean and had all the right amenities. Pool was great in this hot weather! Thanks for a great landing spot while we visited friends and family in the area.

Perfect location for day trips to Holland, Saugatuck and Frederick Meijer Gardens. Place was clean, comfortable beds, no surprises. It was as advertised. Host was responsive.
