We went to Door County to enjoy the changing of the leaves. This rental was the perfect place. Very clean. Kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed and more. Nice sized rooms and bathrooms. It’s the perfect out of the way place and not in the middle of touristy towns.

Peaceful getaway

We had a relaxing vacation in Door County. The house was beautiful and clean. Nicely supplied with most everything we would need. A peaceful retreat

We loved our stay at Peterskilla. It's a great location in the center of the Door peninsula amidst cherry orchards and a gently rolling landscape. The house is surprisingly large for the price and included all we needed.

Relaxing Getaway

Great place to stay. It was very clean, spacious, comfortable and was close to our activities. We chose this place due to proximity to Sturgeon Bay and Southern Door County. (Lots of nice restaurants in Sturgeon Bay!) This place is very relaxing, it is quiet and peaceful, a great place to unwind after a busy day doing tourist things! Brandon is very responsive from initial reservation to final checkout.

Quiet Spot

The house was perfect for us as we needed a place to go after hitting the wineries, distilleries and other stuff. Place to come back to and just chill out in the deck. When we come back this will be our go to.

Great Country Home

We’ve made it a family tradition to go to Door County every year. This house was one of our favorites. Very nice home, well equipped with kitchen items (spices, nice pots/pans, coffee, sharp knives, etc), very clean, and very relaxing. The driveway is 1/4 mile and great for morning and evening walks. The owner was extremely nice and helpful. We loved this space!

Peaceful, clean, and beautiful!

Had a great experience at this property. It's well-maintained and is located within some tranquil, beautiful scenery. And because it's so secluded, you get amazing views of the stars! At the same time, everything you'd want to do in Door County is easily within driving distance. Loved the windchimes!

WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND

THE PICTURES DO NOT DO IT JUSTICE. The property is everything you see on the listing and more. The house was extremely clean, it is a little piece of paradise. Tucked away in the middle of the woods but close enough to access all the shops and restaurants Door County has to offer. Everything you think you need has been supplied. The host is amazing and has great communication. We made some great memories. 11/10 rating and we will be booking again. Thank you Brandon!

Beautiful house in secluded area

We had a wonderful stay at this house which is a great location between sturgeon bay and the towns of fish creek and egg harbor. The house itself has privacy tucked back in the woods and easy access to highway. The cleanliness was impeccable. The kitchen was well stocked and a neat little room up a winding staircase to a walk out balcony to enjoy a morning coffee or glass of wine at night watching a sunset. Brandon was great in communicating with us if we had questions. Large fire pit outside for campfires. Our family had a great time staying at this house in door county.

Terrific Door County Retreat

We had a wonderful stay! The house is tucked away in the country, yet only a 10 to 30 minute drive from a hundred places of interest! It was VERY clean and tidy. All the basics were provided- even disposable dishware. All the furniture was really comfortable, and the vibration/heated recliner is a nice bonus. Brandon is top notch about communicating- super available, and it’s nice to know he is nearby in case of any issues. We had none- this is a GREAT place to stay!!! Feeling like we were remote, without actually being remote, is a perfect balance! Love having privacy and being able to retire from the summer crowds. Lawn games too! Stunning sunsets from tower (& nearby parks)! FIVE STARS! This was for my mom’s 80th birthday & a do-over for a 2018 trip cxld due to illness. This property fit the bill because, for her comfort, we needed a place that had few stairs, two bathrooms, and a/c- WINNER! FYI- there is a single step down to primary bedroom. No other steps except to lookout tower (steep but worth it for a sunset view.) The a/c worked surprisingly well. There were no visible HVAC ducts/vents in the newer/second bedroom & laundry area but we set an available fan at edge of kitchen to ensure cool air got pushed to that end of the house and it stayed perfectly comfortable. I am including this only to say, in summer, whoever likes a really cold room at night, pick the primary with en-suite because it will be 5 degrees cooler. Yaaasss!

The check-in process was well-organized. The house was modern, immaculate and well stocked. A bedroom & bath on either end of the house offer privacy for 2 couples. Host Brandon was friendly and responsive. Located a short distance from Hwy 42 between Sturgeon Bay and Egg Harbor. A large deck and peaceful surroundings were a great place to relax. With more than 20 years of visiting Door County, our stay was memorable.
