This was the cutest short-term rental I’ve ever stayed in! The location is great as well as you are within walking distance to everything in Avalon (especially the grocery store) so no need to rent a golf cart. It was very clean and the check-in/ out process was easy. Highly recommend!

This was an adorable home in the best location! Our Family loved how the home was decorated and furnished. Extremely clean and well equipped. The Vons store is a 2 min walk away and beyond that are restaurants and shops. It was a short walk to the beach and in the opposite direction is a children's playground and a nice walk through the residential neighborhood. We highly recommend the home!

This guest left no comments and when we spoke in person she had nothing negative to say. She arrived early in the day so we suggested she use the local luggage service. We asked the guest to send us a pic of her receipt and we will reimburse for the charge. Later in the day the guest asked when we would be picking up her luggage and delivering to the house. We explained that the luggage service will not let just let anyone pick up bags. They require the tag given to whoever checked the bags for security. We also apologized for any confusion, but the offer was to reimburse for the luggage storage service after receiving a pic of the receipt. The guest didn’t respond or express any frustration. We can no only assume the luggage situation is the reason for the low rating?
