Lily's Pad- 3 Minute Walk to Avalon Pier

With a newly-renovated kitchen, our cottage has everything you need for a beach vacation! Our cottage is minutes away from the beach and Avalon Pier where there is fishing and live music. This cozy house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths along with an outdoor shower and a water hose station. A beach cart and beach chairs can be found in the the shed, located in the back right corner of the carport. At the end of the day, you can relax and enjoy drinks on the porch or gather in the living room for a movie night!

This house includes a porch with various seating options, a spacious living room, a dining table with a distant view of the ocean, and a fully supplied kitchen. After entering, there is one bedroom on the right with a queen bed, one bedroom with two full size bunks, and a full bath. Then, enter the last bedroom with a full bath where you will find the washer and dryer.

Great time with the kids at OBX

Our family of four (two five and under) and grandparents had a wonderful stay. The "pad" was just as described: clean, well-equipped, and convenient location. It came stocked with all the beach gear we needed, including beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and beach cart. The beach at Avalon pier was just a few minutes walk away with a convenient crosswalk to cross highway 12 (this is the 35mph 2-lane road that runs the length of the oceanfront). This is our new favorite spot for smaller groups at OBX!

Perfect Location

This property is located near everything you could want on a family vacation. The beach access, great restaurants, and shopping are all within minutes from the house. An easy walk to the beach and a raw bar. The location was safe and family friendly. The house was a great size for one family. The host was responsive, prompt, and accommodating. I would highly recommend this rental.

We loved our trip to the OBX and stay at Lily's Pad. The only thing that I would have liked would have been that the property was cleaner upon arrival. We did some cleaning on our own when we first arrived. The location was great for us, and the beach access at the end of the road was perfect. Our host was wonderful throughout the booking process! Perfect little cottage

Super cute cottage on the inside. Super clean. They even provide linens and towels which is not as common. Everything was very well decorated and clean. There was adequate parking and the walk to the beach and Awful Arther's was very short and easy. One way street so not too much traffic. Would definitely book again! We had a few questions and the host responded super quickly each time.

Excellent property. Two min walk to the beach. One of the bathrooms has a large double shower. Had a minor issue and property owner was easy to reach and helped me resolve the issue over the phone in five mins. Great location, close to everything.
