Our overall stay was great; the property is very spacious and accommodating. Although we did not use the back yard, it is beautifully landscaped and spacious as well. I would definitely stay again for a family gathering.
Plenty of room for my group of 17. The dining table is so beautiful and was perfect for all of us. Kitchen had lots of supplies and equipment. We parked our cars in the fenced in backyard.

Spacious House
Overall, the house was very spacious and accommodating for 12 guests. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. The neighborhood is not the best, there is an abandoned house next door. This didn’t affect our stay, but something to be aware of.
The house has beautiful tall ceilings and plenty of space. The bedrooms are spacious and bathrooms are very nice. It is in a bit of a rough neighborhood - we watched vehicles closely and didn't have anyone go out alone. Not a great place for older people or very small children. The floors are very old with cracks and nails sticking up in places and stairs are steep. All bedrooms are on 2nd and 3rd floor. Dining chairs needs new covers and only seats 12 for meals and only silverware for 12 also. Otherwise kitchen had great appliances and was well-equipped.
Beautiful brick house with many wonderful updates. We were in for our son’s wedding with our family of 9 plus spouses and 3 grandchildren. Easily fit all of with beds for everyone and 3 baths and showers. It was a treat to be all together instead of different locations for each family. Made the weekend even more special. Host was great
Our 17 person family had a wide variety of ages including a one year old. There was plenty of space for each family to have their own bedroom and each person to sleep in a bed. No need for a couch or air mattress, which was greatly appreciated! The beds were quite comfortable as well!
We loved the amount of space on the main floor for all of us to hang out together! We brought board games and cards and some toys for the kids. Plenty of space to cook in the kitchen and eat at the tables. We enjoyed grilling outside and spending time in the beautiful fenced in backyard! We also liked sitting in the front porch where we were sheltered from some of the lighter rain we experienced. Plenty of towels, blankets and pillows for everyone. Kitchen had plenty of utensils, plates, bowls, mugs, pots and pans etc for all of us. Huge fridge for all of our families food as well.
We agree with the previous review regarding the neighborhood. We never felt unsafe, but preferred to stay off the front porch after dusk. All in all, we would stay at this property again a d would recommend it to anyone who needs lots of space for several families staying together.
The property was fantastic. We had a group of about 20. There was enough room to spread out. Sometimes places can be VERY bare. That was NOT the case here. The rooms were large and had enough beds/blankets. They had enough towels for our group (we did do laundry...soap was provided). Overall it was a GREAT place. The neighborhood was a little sketchy, but not REAL bad. There is obvious signs of rebuilding and house flipping being done. Definitely a 5/5 for MY group!
