Has a beautiful view. It's a bit difficult getting down to the beach but possible. Location for doing things in Oceanside is very convenient. Having bathrooms for each bedroom was very nice. It's in a nice neighborhood with ample parking.

We appreciate your note regarding beach access as well. During low tide there is a great public beach access right next to the garage, however this is not accessible during high tide. There is a public beach access just a 5 min walk North that can be accessed during high tide that we recommend guests to use! great community space to be together with large dining table to accommodate us. Beautiful relaxing views of ocean and sunsets. Woke up to dolphins giving us a show.

1000% will stay here again. Perfect spot for our family of 10’s long weekend.There are lots of rental properties in the area. Here’s why we chose this one and it absolutely delivered.Each bedroom has its own private bath. While the bedrooms are clean on the smaller side, we truly only slept in them. The common spaces are the real gems here. Huge kitchen with double dining table where we could all eat together.Gorgeous shared deck on top of building with lots of seating, amazing views, and a private jacuzzi.Two parking spots in garage. We had no problem finding parking for our other two cars right out front. But the view!!! Unmatched. While it does have a small sitting area for two out front, we pulled up additional chairs and opened all the doors and just took in the expansive views.This is on an elevated first floor. You do not have a building right next to you if you are on an odd numbered floor, which we preferred over the larger front balcony found with the even numbers. Everything was clean. Communication was terrific. Well-serviced and well-stocked.Location is perfect. Walkable to the pier and the beach. And when the tide is out there’s a sandbar and you can walk out into the water from the stairs that say no beach access lol. Watching the tide come in and out throughout our stay and listening to the waves crash was spectacular and very relaxing.Recommend 100%.
