The backyard was spacious for pets and the family! Hot tub was an added bonus. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and 20 min drive to pretty much anywhere! The family and I loved the property!

We had a wonderful stay! We vacationed with our 3 elementary age children and the house suited all of our needs. Super clean, close to everything, quiet neighborhood. We also loved and enjoyed the hot tub! We would surely return.

Beautiful, CLEAN house with all of the comforts of home. The completely fenced backyard was perfect for our fur baby, and the hot tub was a hit! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with appliances and utensils. We will definitely stay again.

Great Family Visit

The location was perfect, close to UNCW, the beach, and downtown. We enjoyed the outdoor games when we hung out at the house. The hot tub was great in the evenings. Great place to stay for anyone who has students at UNCW.

Great home for a family or multiple couples. We had an issue with the hot tub and the host replied very quickly and the issue was resolved within hours. Hot tub was clean and very nice in the unseasonably below-freezing temperatures during our stay.

Amazing stay

Newly remodeled home, looked amazing. Traveled with friends and pets and everybody loved this place. Very close to everything and in a very quiet/peaceful neighborhood. Will definitely rent again.

We enjoyed our stay at The Palms! The house was very cute and clean. Beds and furniture were comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Would recommend and would stay here again.
