Our stay at Colony by the Sea was perfect! The condo was very welcoming, comfortable, and really clean. If you are pool people, the pool was well taken care of and not too busy. The walk to the ocean is quick and the beaches are not crowded. Beautiful place to spend with your family, friends or a solo trip! Check in and out was super easy. Our hosts were great

Condo was clean and there was some basics like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and hand soap provided. Communication with the host was fast and easy. He answered all my questions prior to arrival. Located right on the beach, this is a wonderful location in a quiet community.

We loved staying at Colony by the Sea. Keith was a great host and responded very quickly to any questions. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The proximity to the beach was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay!

My wife, daughter and I stayed three days while at the beach for a wedding. The condo was perfect. It was convenient, clean and comfortable and very close to the wedding venue and other wedding activities. Highly recommend!

Great week at the beach

This property was spacious, clean and a great location! The kitchen was well stocked and they had a closet full of beach items for use (beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.). The only thing lacking was toilet paper. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

3 generations had a blast

We wish we could have stayed longer. The cheerful decor, easy access to the beach and very well maintained amenities and property made our weekend stay fun and memorable. We lacked for nothing, except toilet paper 😜

Great stay

We came down for the weekend. The place is beautiful inside and much larger than expected! The kitchen was fully stocked to cook for Father's day. We didn't see where there were no linens but there is a washer and dryer! Beautiful place and short walk to beach

Loved it! Most well stocked kitchen in any rental I’ve been in (utensils, appliances and spices). Tons of games to play with our kids. Couldn’t ask for a quieter place with easier access to the beach. Kids loved the pool. Having the beach chairs etc already there was so helpful. I’m already trying to figure out when to go back.

Loved it here! Plenty of room for myself, two 12 year olds and my mom. Super easy walk to an almost empty beach. Condo was clean, comfortable and had lots of nice touches. (Books, games) Whole complex was well kept. Pool was really nice too. Would absolutely love to stay here again. Already looking at next year!
