We loved this condo! Great view off the balcony and the balcony furniture was perfect. Loved that there was an outdoor sofa and a table to eat our lunches! All the beds were comfortable! Kitchen needs a new dishwasher - it works but broken so silverware falls through to bottom. Otherwise, it was wonderful! Would definitely stay again!

Just what we needed

This condo was very spacious, pretty much had everything we needed. The view was amazing. We picked the best time to go, our floor was very quiet, the beach was not crowded. We did not want to leave today at all. We will definitely be back next year around the same time šŸ˜Š

Absolutely loved!!!!

This condo was everything and more! It was a beautiful property with multiple pools and a lazy river! The rooms were a great size, especially the master. The living room was huge. I've stayed at other condos, and this was by far the most spacious I've ever been to and with such comfortable beds! The hot tub was great to have on the balcony! Everything was truly spectacular! Thank you!

Wonderful time and just stunning. Please check the GFI outlet in the first two bedrooms, power went out in the bedroom on the right on the laundry room side. Also, the only hairdryer that worked was in the left bedroom. Bedsides that we will be back and just loved every minute! Thank you!!

Great beachfront condo

Turquoise Place is beautiful. The condo was spacious a clean. The kitchen was well stocked with all the supplies we needed. Lighting the grill was tricky since the ignitor was broken, but a lighter worked fine. The view from the patio is stunning! There was a problem with the guest toilet one day, but we called and service was prompt. I would definielty recommend for a family friendly beach getaway!

Wonderful vacation!

Pictures donā€™t do it justice. Much more spacious than pictures can show! We had a wonderful time and the facilities were amazing in every way. Loved our condo and really no complaints . A few things were broken but I left notes for them to know- just small maintenance things. Super nice furnishings and bathroom was amazing! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family! We had a blessed week!

Not the cleanest

Iā€™ve stayed at this building multiple times but this was the first time with this company. I have NEVER seen roaches at this building until I stayed at this unit. Roaches in the bedroom, roaches in the kitchen on the counter, and roaches IN the bbq grill. Could use some lounge chairs on the balcony but other than that we had a nice weekend getaway for my husbands birthday.

Concerning the guest didn't mention anything was wrong during there stay or after. After we received this review we immediately sent out our pest control company to spray and investigate. They could not locate any signs of roaches. This condo is on the 19th floor and very rare to have roaches that high up. The only thing we can gather the reasoning for this review is the guest wanted to cancel the week of there stay, but it was outside of the cancelation window to get a full refund right away. We offered to bump the guest check in back one day (at no additional cost) to accommodate there new scheduling conflict and they refused. Also with all guest we offer, if they need to cancel outside of the cancelation policy, if we rebook the dates we will refund them for the rebooking amount.

Could not turn on the shower in the master bedroom, only one of the three hairdryers in the unit would work, gas was turned off to the fireplace so you could not utilize it and unless you have an app, you can only get a few channels on the TV. Definitely not one of the nicer places we have ever stayed. We will be back to Orange Beach. We will not be back to this unit at turquoise

Nice unit- Disappointing experience

Unit is great and the location is wonderful. Layout of unit and furniture was good. Disappointed in cleanliness. Food crumbs found in the bed. Pans, glasses and coffee cups were were dirty. Hot tub added chemicals at 5 pm and closed until mid next day, when it was drained and then took another day to warm up. Poor timing

We loved our stay. The condo was beautiful and the view amazing. The only small thing was the pans to cook with were small would be nice to have a few larger cooking pans. Would absolutely stay in this condo again.
