Relaxing Apartment Close to the Beach !
Everything you need is in this comfortable apt.
Decorated and a 2 block to the Cocoa beach.
The Apt includes 4 beautiful bedrooms which consist of a queen size bed in bedroom 1, a queen bed in bedroom 2, 1 Queen bed in bedroom 3 and 2 Bunkbeds the 4 bedrooms, living room includes a sofa Bed. The Apt also includes a full kitchen, living room, bathroom, patio access, complimentary laundry room access and parking space.
We have a lot of fun common areas such as living and dining tables, and gas grill. There are also beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels provided for the beach.
The Apt is super close to the Port Canaveral Cruise Terminals and is a 2-mile beach walk to The Cocoa Beach Pier. There are many fun things to do in the area including Kennedy Space Center,
Brevard Zoo, Sea fishing at the Marine, Ron John store, Jetty Park
45 minutes from the Disney World and too many to mention Orlando attractions. We are 40 minutes from the Orlando international Airport.
Great for family family gatherings. This Apt has a front porch to enter, a self entry key pad and an incredible Back Yard.
We have a carbon monoxide detector.
Smoke detector on each room.
