Welcome to AZUL! Our little piece of beachfront paradise.

This is unit 210 at the very popular Eastern Shores Condominium! Azul is a one-bedroom/two-bathroom condo including twin bunk beds allowing Azul to accommodate 4 people comfortably. We are a corner unit on the second floor, facing the ocean. The Eastern Shores building is located on a private stretch of sand on a dead-end street.

AZUL has been carefully renovated to reflect family needs and has been tastefully appointed with relaxation and comfort as the primary objective. Right away you will find beautiful materials and inviting furnishings that provide the perfect backdrop for you to sink in and enjoy the ideal beach vacation.

This lovely property is conveniently located right on the beach near Eastern Lake, two and a half miles east of Seaside and within easy biking or strolling to some of one of the best restaurants in the area! Dining in The Perfect Pig Grill - a shabby-chic market and bistro serving upscale breakfast and lunch. Goatfeathers Seafood Market and Brozinni’s Pizza are less than a mile away, as is the nearest bicycle rental shop. Take a cruise down the coast and find some favorites spots of your own!
This is a delightfully beachy area that is close to it all in the heart of Seagrove. You’re just a short walk or ride to the 30A Trail – the famous paved jogging and riding trail along the length of 30A.

Just a few steps to the sand!

The place is very stylish and just as the photos show. The stairs were close to the entrance of the condo and at the bottom of the stairs you are right next to the gate that leads to the beach. The parking spot for the condo was also very close to the stairs so if you have lots of things it’s convenient. We enjoyed our time here and would love to come back again.

Peaceful & Pleasant

Overall we had a great stay in this condo. Furnishings and finish out were very nice - and true to pictures online - and overall good condition. This is a great location on 30A - and a peaceful neighborhood and not crowded beach area. Suggestions for improvement - bathrooms were clean but could use a little more attention to detail. Need new frying pans - only one small one provided and non-stick surface wearing out. King mattress should probably be replaced soon. Those things are definitely not deal killers and we would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful condo, right on the beach!

We loved this condo so much. It’s absolutely beautiful, and had so many special little touches (especially in the upstairs kid’s area) that made it fun for all of us. Super clean, very convenient to get to the beach, and the kids loved being close to Eastern lake and exploring there. Had no issues - will stay here again!
