great location, lovely

Lovely townhouse seems newly remodeled, looks just like the pics. A quick walk up the street to bus, walking to Dover beach was a little confusing but took the bus down to oistins. Safe and comfortable. Host was great and went above and beyond. Would definitely stay again

Cute neighborhood, property missing the mark.

Location of property suitable for easy access to buses. Pleasant walking distance to local beaches. Great local neighborhood color. We enjoyed the chickens and monkeys.Property was not very welcoming, basic things missing like hand soap, toilet paper, comfortable beds and standard check in binder. We also found hair in one of the beds and showers, which very evidently did not belong to either of us staying at the property.

Disappointing

The apartment was clean, but inadequate: there is a kitchen, but you can really cook because there is no kitchen trash can, no diswasher, no sponge and dishwashing liquid. The AC did not work well. Neighborhood fine but lots of chicken around who start roosting around 4:30am.
