(3BR/2BA, 1Q, 1F, 3TW, SLP 7,2 Golf Carts, Friday Turn in Peak Season, CHECK-OUT 9:30 AM/CHECK IN 3:30 PM, NO CLUB MEMBERSHIPS FOR THIS PROPERTY) Bald Head Island's stunning salt marsh is on display from this cozy three-bedroom, pet friendly condo conveniently located near Old Baldy, the marina, shops, restaurants, and the beach. This open floorplan delights with serene treetop perspectives from the kitchen, dining area, gathering space and Primary suite. The spacious kitchen features an ample pantry, plenty of counter prep room and a breakfast bar. You can enjoy munching here or nearby in the bright dining area which is highlighted by a Capiz shell chandelier and sided by sliding doors opening onto a covered porch overlooking the BHI's Maritime Forest. This is a terrific spot for bird watching or just enjoying Island breezes. Adjacent to the dining area is the home's comfortable living space. It is flooded with natural light from its side windows and its wall of sliding glass doors that open onto the house-length screened porch. Look no farther as to where you'll enjoy morning coffee while watching the sun rise and/or linger in the evening while appreciating vistas that stretch all the way to the mainland. This property's bedrooms are located off a quiet back hall. The first is furnished with two Twins and the second provides both a Double and a Twin. They share a full bath (with tub) which is just across from their doors. At the end of the hall, the generous Queen Primary suite not only boasts its own private ensuite bath but also tenders private access to the Maritime Forest porch. The Timbercreek community, in which this condo is located, maintains a private saltwater pool for its homeowners and their guests, as well as a Bald Head Creek boardwalk and a private dock from which you can fish, crab, or launch your kayak, canoe or SUP.

Plus, our homes' rental charges include cleaning fees, damage insurance and our Property Manager Assistance Line, available you'll appreciate if your air conditioning goes out on the weekend or you get a golf cart flat after 5 PM. Great getaway!
Great 4 day respite on Bald Head Island…everything accessible by golf cart! My friends and my dog all lived the laid- back time!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nicely furnished condo with a spacious master. Enjoyed my time here, especially the proximity to both the marina and the market (halfway between!). As a bonus it is pet friendly (with fee) and close to the dog park! Looking forward to visiting Serene Views and using WWP again in the future!

Great relaxing retreat!
My two kids and three friends came for a little spring break getaway. It was so relieving on the island. Everything with the rental unit was perfect! Easy! We had everything we needed to relax and enjoy some down time! We will definitely be coming back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was clean, had a fully stocked kitchen, and an open floor plan. The back porch was screened which was lovely for sitting out there in the evenings. The 2 golf carts were well maintained. We had a few discrepancies in the listing of items that were available but we could not find upon arrival. The property manager was so kind and quick to respond to our needs. I never felt like a bother. I think a few upgrades-such as a hair dryer and a beach umbrella would be nice but not having those things didn't ruin our stay. Such a great experience. We will definitely return and will recommend to our friends.

The house was just as described and the property manager was just a phone call away and very responsive. We enjoyed the view off the screened porch and being close to the lighthouse. The golf carts were in great shape. The kitchen was stocked with any dish or gadget we could ever need. No complaints at all, we can’t wait to come back!
