Amazing Stay!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! This is a great location and is fully equipped with anything you could possibly need. The owners are very responsive and helpful. Great neighborhood and amenities. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Wonderful

My family enjoyed 4 days in Granby and RMNP. The cabin was clean and provided everything we needed, plenty of room and amenities for a comfortable and fun vacation. Great location for exploring, hiking, and fishing.

Very pleased with the cabin overall. Very clean and well stocked. Pool and hot tub just steps away and well maintained. Other common areas not so much. Centered piece pond with waterfall feature was all dried up, fishing ponds low. But that’s all due to the draught, not the property’s fault. Our family loved our stay, we had a blast.

Friendly location

We really enjoyed the location amongst the fishing ponds and river. Everyone in the neighborhood was very friendly. Close to town of granby and RMNP.

Lovely property for a family get together, Enjoyed RMNP, golf at Pole Creek, hiking and dining in Grand Lake and sharing meals and watching football, baseball and movies.

We were thrilled top to bottom with our stay. The communication was fantastic, the property itself is outstanding for family. The onsite amenities are great and the fishing is great. The house is situated in a nice place that gives you access to visit incredible areas.

Darling forested themed cabin, set conveniently in Granby close for day trips to Grand lake, Rocky Mountain National Park, bird hunting and fishing as well as great fall colors. House is cozy in a small community of cabins/homes with river, ponds and great deck viewing. It is well appointed with complete kitchen, stocked bathrooms, and comfortable bedding. Can highly recommend this home.

Very nice house. They made sure to think of the little things you don’t normally find in a rental….Kleenex, plenty of hooks for hanging towels/washcloths, condiments, etc. All the streaming services were available. The location was great for the events at the wedding we were attending.

Colorado fishing getaway

The place was nice and had all the amenities we could have asked for. The kids fishing ponds were great and the location close to the river was very cool. Size was great for six but got really really tight when we tried with more.

Holiday Skiing

This house was perfect for our ski vacation at the YMCA. It was stocked with towels and blankets, had a well equipped kitchen, and great streaming options. The hosts were also very attentive to any issues that came. We would definitely go back!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this home for our spring break ski trip. Very clean and well stocked, the kitchen had plenty of cookware so we easily made meals at the house. The beds and rooms are spacious with storage and all the beds are comfortable. The living room/ couch is very comfortable and spacious. Great location and mostly quiet neighborhood. The host is responsive and easy to reach. We will definitely keep this location in mind for our next Granby trip!

Winter Weekend Get-away to Granby!

Our stay at this Edgewater property was just perfect! Location-wise, it was just what we needed. Spent most of a long weekend at Snow Mountain Ranch snowshoeing, hiking and cross-country skiing. The house had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing, and ample space for 4 of us to each have our own space. Communication with the owners was excellent. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for sharing your beautiful mountain home!

Has everything you need!

Loved the hot tub, kitchen came with everything you could need! Only downside was our sheets had black fur but we changed them and we were just fine. House is beautiful inside and out. Toys for the kids! Stayed with family so they could attend my wedding in GL.

The property was great for a family of all ages. Nice rooms and bathrooms. Mainfloor bedroom with pocket door with sofa bed is really only good for one person or children. Playground sadly was not available. Pool was fun for kids . Fishing ponds were good. Very private neighborhood.. We had a great time.
