Wonderful home. Lots of space and pool and game room were a hit with the whole family. Nice quiet and relaxed neighborhood. Great location and easily accessible to lots of attractions, beach, etc.Would love to come to back to visit again.

We frequently rent homes and apartments when we travel and this place was everything we hoped for. Besides being spotless, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed for cooking, and the pool was crystal clear. Our host was the best and provided us with clear instructions to use the facilities. Games, pool toys and life jackets are provided. My 7 yo grandsons learned to swim during our stay. This is likely the best place out there to host a family or friend gathering.

Absolutely stunning vacation property. The layout of the house was perfect for our group of 10. Lots of space inside, and even more outside. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment and pots/pans etc. Very clean house, super smooth check-in and great communication with the host. Pool is HUGE! We loved our stay:)

What a GREAT home and property - we just LOVED the pool, hot tub, games and well, everything. If you are looking for a place to just kick back, relax and enjoy your family/friends - this is the place for you! If we are ever back in the area, we would stay here again!

This was the perfect place for our extended family to spend quality time together. Each family had their own space and the kitchen was great for large family meals. The pool was a hit and worth the extra heating charge. We were able to do beach excursions, explore the zoo, and play at Legoland. Thanks for the space to create family memories!

Great place for family retreat

Our family of 13 had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property in Escondido. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The home is beautifully maintained, upscale, and incredibly comfortable for a large group.The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals for our family, making gathering together easy and enjoyable. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the beds and linens were some of the highest quality we've experienced in a vacation rental.The outdoor space was a highlight of our trip. The pool and hot tub were spotless, and the roomy pool and BBQ area provided plenty of space for everyone to relax, swim, dine, and spend time together. We created so many great family memories there.We also appreciated all of the special touches throughout the home—an abundance of towels, quality toiletries, and thoughtful amenities that made our stay feel truly luxurious. Even small details, like the bidet, reflected the owners' commitment to guest comfort.This property exceeded our expectations in every way. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-appointed home for a family getaway.

40th Anniversary get away

Was nice lay out for Family of 4. Each family had their own room and bathroom to retreat to, and kids where in room or close too for them to be with. First time ever doing this so had some learning curves, but we where very pleased and they were very helpful.

Family time

We had our 80 year old parents all the way down to our 13 year old daughter - plus a couple aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Everyone was comfortable and entertained! The house is fully equipped. The property manager always responded quickly if we had a Q and the location was a perfectly located to SD.

Great Family Property

We had multiple families staying in the home to attend my daughter’s college graduation. There was plenty of space for everyone. Each family had their own private “wing”. Kitchen fully stocked with basic++ equipment. Location super easy to get anywhere. Didn’t really use the pool as it was too cold and didn't want to pay extra for heat but did use the spa daily. Everyone loved the game room. Great upscale stay!

SoCal Fellowship

We normally get together once a year and this time I was to host in my area. The house is as advertised: spacious, comfortable and it FEELS like home. It was close to restaurants, gas and entertainment. No issues at all with the house and clear instructions. (The stove does require as Master’s degree to operate- LOL) We would definitely stay again.

We didn’t want to leave!

This property has it all! The home itself is beautiful, well-maintained, high-end and even well decorated. Plenty of bedrooms, comfortable beds, a well- stocked kitchen, spacious office area etc. All of the extras really give it the wow factor: great pool and hot tub (it took us a bit to figure out the app but eventually got it) with plenty of seating, the putting green was a huge hit without crew and the game room was great (it would have gotten more use if the weather wasn’t so awesome). The teens loved it so much we had to convince them to leave for the outings we had planned. I would highly recommend this property for your larger family or group.

We booked this home at the last minute and I can’t believe it was available! We have lived in simple luxury all week! We have stayed at many top-notch places and this beats them all. This place is CLEAN. The beds are comfortable. There is space and privacy for all — with plenty of places to come together. The pool and hot tub were worth every penny to heat for us in March - even during the “hot” spell. We spent hours in there and never once had to get used to the water. Everything is labeled and helpful. I was pleased that there was foil, plastic wrap, and ziplocs! Those little touches are nice. The neighborhood is super quiet but only 5 minutes from a mall with a target and food. We were able to eat all our meals at home. The grill worked great! The BEAUTY was something to behold! Lemon and orange trees on the property. Flowers and trees and plants of all kinds. Gorgeous! Winter in Illinois makes you appreciate that so much!The host replies nearly instantly. And is helpful and kind and experienced. San Diego is about a 45 minute drive without much traffic and sometimes there is traffic…We went in to the city for fun activities three days in a row and it was not too much for us. There was still time to relax.We loved the tide pools at La Jolla and being able to rent jet skis! The guys enjoyed the USS Midway. This place gives you access to any kind of vacation you want to have. This is one place we would actually book again. Thanks so much for the memories!

We were three families with kids ranging 5-16 and had such a lovely trip staying at this house. The pool was by far the biggest hit, but the entire house was comfortable and well thought out. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen and plenty of pool towels. We had to message with the host a few times and they were super responsive and helpful. Great stay!

This home was PERFECT for our family gathering. There was enough space for us to hang out together as well as space to retreat to our own rooms to recoup. We had our children and grandchildren with us and there was something for everyone (great kitchen, fun game room, wonderful pool and jacuzzi). The property is in a beautiful neighborhood, fenced and gated so we felt safe letting the kids play outside. The home is in a perfect location. It’s a short drive to all of the family fun spots yet out of the hustle and bustle of the city. Our host was very responsive when we had a question and we appreciated that! We would do it all over again if we could and actually…we might just book it again for another trip to the area.
