Excellent House

Beautiful home. Had everything we were looking for and more. We loved sitting out on the patio in the evening and enjoying the weather. We also walked down to the beech which was right around the corner.

5-Star Everything

The house was perfect for our stay. It was very clean and new, had everything that we needed, and had plenty of room for six of us. Communication with the property manager made it easy for check-in and check-out. We intend to make this our go-to place for the Central Coast.

lots of room and well furnished

Had a wonderful time with teen granddaughters on fall break. Really close to an empty beach, easy walk. Short drive to Morro Bay. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds and sheets really comfortable. Heat was helpful in the mornings. Couldn't ask for more.

One of the best

This home was much bigger than we expected and it accommodated our family and grandparents very nicely. We have stayed at many beach rentals, but this house was one of the first ones where we felt at ease and peace...really just a peaceful experience. We really appreciated that everything was labeled and a thorough binder giving detailed instructions and information.We would definitely stay again.

Great house for our group of 8 people

The house has a great location and it's very spacious for our group (5 adults/ 3 children). The house was recently updated and it was very comfortable. I especially liked the bonus room in the back of the house bc it provided a ton of extra space. I also appreciated how well stocked the home is for cooking. We cooked most of our meals in the house for our 3 night stay and they had everything! it was great.

Clean house, great location. 3 minute walk to the sand. Looks like the interior was remodeled recently. Nice front patio. Large add-on conversion room in the rear of the house. Comfortable bedrooms. Trundle bed in one of the rooms, which was also comfortable. Well-stocked kitchen with newer appliances. Nice washer & dryer. No garage access, but room for 2 cars in the driveway. We would stay there again.

Perfect getaway

As advertised, two blocks from beach, we walked on Morro Strand every morning, lots of birdwatching. Very nice, well lit interior, especially the kitchen. Enjoyed our stay, hope to be back next year!

Excellent getaway

We had a great time in Morro Bay. This is our favorite neighborhood with an easy walk to the secluded beach. It is simple to get into and out of the neighborhood which is quiet and convenient. The house was extremely clean and had been recently updated. The management company running the property was excellent and communicated very well with us.

Beautiful modern house at a prime location!

My family and I loved our stay at this place. The home is very modern, very spacious and very comfortable. We were falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean and waking up to the sounds of the seagulls. The management (or the owners?) are highly organized and left notes and labels on various appliance, items, accessories to guide us though the use of the house. The neighborhood was very quiet during the week and a bit more alive (but still peaceful) on the weekend. I have only positive memories of our vacation here and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone else.

Great property close to the Beach

We booked this stay for a weekend retreat for my family ages ranging 2-97 and it was very nice. Very close to the beach and minutes from downtown gave everyone a chance to do something they desired. Great place!!! We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything in home was great, very enjoyable and relaxing, had bottom sheet in master br that was really bad ripped in several places and worn through, otherwise that was the only thing we did not like, everything else was great, all enjoyed it very much!!!
