À 20 mètres de la place Furstemberg, dans une rue calme et à proximité des restaurants et brasseries emblématiques du boulevard Saint Germain des Prés et de la rue de Buci, Casa Volpe offre discrétion et services de haut niveau.

Dupleix, au 3ème et 4ème (dernier) étage d'un immeuble en plein centre historique de Paris.
3ème étage: accès à la cuisine principale de l'appartement, un home theatre avec un large et confortable sofa. De l'autre côté, 2 petits appartements, chacun avec coin cuisine, chambre et salle de bain.
4ème étage: chambre padronale avec balcon, deuxième chambre avec lit double et séjour avec salle de bain et balcon. Coin cuisine.

Not only was the property as described , and located in an amazing part of Paris, the host was exceptional. We had a travel delay causing part of our family to arrive a day late. Our host graciously assured us that “things happen”.. he met and checked in the members of our family who arrived on time. What a relief to have everyone taken care of. It made my heart full (you might guess that I am the mom, had made the arrangements, and was delayed by one day) I am so grateful and appreciative! The unit has private spaces for everyone. Be prepared to climb the circular stairs . Real old world charm in the heart of Paris . The unit with a heart

This is a two story apartment in the St Germain neighborhood close to the Metro. Overall, it suited our needs and was able to accomodate our entire group (3 adults, 2 seniors, and 2 kids). This unit appears to be several smaller units that can either be rented individually, as each suite had its own cooktop and refrigerator. For folks coming from the US, here are some things to keep in mind:1. This apartment is typical by Paris standards. It's on the 3rd and 4th floor of an apartment building - meaning you are climbing very narrow stairs. No elevator. 2. Some of the doorways, hallways and stairs within the flat are narrow and irregular. Not always well marked. Definitely not ADA compliant by US standards, but when in Rome....my in-laws had to be very careful when navigating door thresholds and stairs to ensure they didn't trip. 3. Bathrooms had good water pressure and temperature, but they are SMALL. For those with long legs, your knees will bump up to the wall when sitting on some of the toilets. 4. There were A/C units placed strategically in key areas. We did not need them during our stay, but visitors later in the summer will be very grateful for them. 5. Beds were very comfortable. The owners invested in good quality bedding and it was much appreciated. 6. Kitchen appeared to have been remodeled recently and was well stocked.7. Good sized living room to hang out; comfortable sofa.7. Communication prior to our arrival was very good.8. Check in was easy

charming apartment - two stories plenty of rooms and 4 bathrooms and4 bedrooms for 3 adults and two teens- workout area and multiple sitting areas - washer and dryer - great kitchen, everyone loved it - superb location - no concerns - great living room to gather - airconditioned ! a real plus - host responsive could not have been easier to check in or leave - would definitely go back - close to Metro and so many sights - we walked everywhere - neighborhood has so many great restaurants and grocery stores - we all loved Casa Volpe!!!

Beautiful accomodations on a quiet street! Accomodated 7 women in 4 separate 'apartments", if you will. One of the 4th floor bedrooms did NOT have A/C. Luckily we had a fairly cool week and we could place the fan in the window ro pull in cool air. LOTS of small steps, as we expected- But would not be good for elderly and maybe children - especially to carry theor own bags. We had no problems, but the stairs are small. Kitchens could have used a few more utensiles, if you plan to eat most meals there. We just had breakfasts. Overall had wonderfully fun decor on a quiet side street and ice cream 50 steps away from the fromt door! VERY well located for sites, food and transportation. We all would stay there again!
