Amazing spot right on the beach!

We loved our stay here! The place was clean, right on the beach, and very spacious. It had everything we needed and more. We will definitely be back!

The room was very nice. It had all the amenities that we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Only a few things that may need improvement, the mattresses on the bunk beds were very uncomfortable. We had to clean off all the deck furniture before we could use them.

Loved it.

This place was super clean and one of the easiest check-ins i’ve experienced. Although the pools were closed when we went it was still a pretty nice experience.

Moms and daughters trip!

We had a blast, wish we could've stayed longer. The beach is right there. Cute Mexican spot and coffee shop right there. The property had all the beach provisions. The king bed was comfy. Lots of deck space and outdoor furniture.

I was pleased with the comfort and cleanliness of the condo. The hallways were dirty with sand and general outside dirt. This did not affect the pools or the individual units. Management communicated clearly and were very helpful. I would visit again!

Great customer service

The 2BR unit’s furnishings and kitchen wares were a bit dated and some ready for replacement, however condo met our 2 adult and 2 teens needs perfectly. Property has great location, gym, nice pools and facilities. Great customer service by mgmt company who quickly responded to a fridge that was not cooling and other requests. We will be back to Sandbridge!

Peaceful and Relaxing

We loved the location of this rental! Beach access was quick and easy. There was a coffee shop right across the street and a couple of restaurants within walking distance. Even with the state park right next door there was still plenty of space on the beach and we didn't feel crowded at all even though we were there in the middle of July. I also appreciated that we were able to rent this unit nightly as opposed to weekly. The unit was clean and the bathrooms had been updated. It was so calming to wake up in the morning and go out on the balcony and see the ocean and listen to the waves crashing.

Overall we are satisfied with our stay! The location was good and easy to get to the beach. Finding our assigned parking spot in the parking garage was a bit tricky, but once we did, that provided easy access to our room. Our only real disappointment was the exterior cleanliness. We were unable to use our balcony due to the lack of cleanliness, as there were significant amounts of both dead and alive bugs and spiders that took over those areas. We noticed other balcony's being cleaned by the staff, so maybe ours was just missed, but we were unable to sit outside at all, which was a bummer. The outside of the buildings looked like they could use a good pressure wash, especially the pool area by the beach. The cabana bar looked like it had been closed for a while and it was pretty dirty, right around the pool. Our room was great and was very clean and had all the necessities we needed! We would stay here again and hope we got a condo with a cleaner balcony and maybe facing the ocean! Thank you for the hospitality!
