We came down to crab straight off the pier, however the oyster beds keep catching the lines so you have to really jerk the line and crabs would let go. This was the only downside, If you are going to fish off the pier not an issue.

Beautiful getaway

House was just right for us. The boardwalk to the dock was awesome, never had to deal with mud. The fishing was excellent, lots of small ones but a few big ones to keep it going.

Fishing trip to Sargent

The home is amazing.Everything you could need to have a great time.It was very clean and beautifully decorated.We loved the view and deckFishing pier was greatThe host answered all our questions very promptly and went out if his way to do anything to make us comfortableWe will be back!

Relaxing getaway

We enjoyed our stay with our family and friends. House was very clean and had most everything we needed. Beds were comfy. Enjoyed the dock and fishing. We went right after tropic storm so tide was high in the mornings but owners were very helpful in making sure pier and dock was safe and clean for us. Overall a great stay.

Wonderful get away!

Great location to relax, spend time with family, and fish. Nighttime pier set up with bluetooth speaker was a great surprise! Didn't have to keep up with JBL radios on charging rotation to keep a Jimmy Buffet tune going.

Fishing Trip

The property was great! Very clean and well equipped with everything needed. The view was outstanding! We enjoyed everything about the property and location. Communication with the owner was on point. The only one downside were the mosquitoes. Not sure if it would help or not, but having a mosquito misting system installed would be a huge plus!! At least around the home and dock. Otherwise, we loved it! Thank you to the hosts for letting us borrow your beautiful place!

Nice home, nicely decorated. Deck and under the house area was very nice to hang out at. The view was pretty. The pier was very nice, had good shade, very sturdy, lots of room. Bluetooth speaker's, lights and green light over the water was nice also. Some down side, fishing was pretty hard to do. If you use a weight drag lure, it gets stuck in the reef. I lost 5 lures. If you use a float, the water currents move the float very quickly making it hard to fish. Lots of boat traffic passing by. Some got very close to the pier and a couple drove right over our fishing lines none of this can be prevented by the host, just wanted to make future guests aware.
