Inside, the open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen are light-filled and welcoming. Lounge with your loved ones on the soft seating in the living room as you stream your favorite TV shows and movies (guests must log in using their own credentials). In the adjacent full kitchen, you'll be pleased to find ample meal prep space and stainless steel appliances. When hunger hits, gather around the formal dining table for a family-style meal.

The bedrooms, including the sunroom which was recently converted into a full bedroom, are equally comfortable with their high-quality bedding and central air-conditioning. Remote workers will find the home's work desk useful, and everyone will appreciate the extra seating room's large TV, additional desk, and sofa bed.

On the enclosed patio, the refillable garden tub provides a serene space to relax and star gaze with your loved one as you breathe in the salt-infused air. Also outside, you will have access to adult bikes and a gas grill. Additional perks include beach gear like chairs and towels, as well as a private washer/dryer.

Away from your stay, take a walk to Lido Beach through the North Lido Beach Park entrance conveniently across the street. The powder-soft white beaches in the area are made of fine crystal quartz deposited into the Gulf all the way from rivers traversing the Appalachian Mountains, giving the sand a distinct feel and appearance. While here, be sure to visit the renowned St. Armands Circle, an area that includes more than 130 boutiques, specialty shops, galleries, and restaurants, as well as live street performances and music. Other popular attractions nearby include the Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium, the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall, and the Lakewood Ranch Golf & Country Club.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
