Amazing View! Luxury Beachfront Get Away - 5th Floor ~New Listing at Perdido Sun

The BEACH is ALWAYS OPEN in Perdido Key........come relax and put your toes in the sane and enjoy the ocean breeze!

NOTE: During peak season (March 1st through March 31st and June 1st through August 2nd) we only allow Saturday through Saturday rentals. Feel free to message us with any questions.

Parking: Parking is free for 2 vehicles for which a guest parking pass is provided for the days rented (1 vehicle onsite and the 2nd vehicle in the overflow parking offsite). Additional overflow parking is available just north of Perdido Sun (Villagio shopping center, across the street, behind the Jelly Fish Restaurant). No RV's, campers, boats or trailers are allowed in either parking lot.

We have updated the following in January 2025:
New Samsung stainless steel appliances in the kitchen (stove, dishwasher, microwave & refrigerator)
New 65" TV in living room
New 55" TV in the bedroom
New 3” privacy shutters in the bedroom
New walk-in tiled shower in the bathroom

Our little piece of paradise is the ultimate relaxing beachfront condo located DIRECTLY on beautiful Perdido Key Beach, Florida. This is a recently updated 1-bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom, 832 sq ft condo that sleeps up to 4 people. The living room highlights a 12-foot glass door/window that opens up to a 5th floor balcony with a spectacular view of the beach. It is perfect for watching the sun rise and set or catching the Blue Angels flying over the beach.

This Perdido Sun condo has recently been updated with new furnishings and decor, new stainless appliances in the kitchen and a new tiled walk-in shower in the bathroom. The kitchen has been updated and is fully stocked so you can sit back and relax at the beach.

High speed internet WiFi, cable TV, and a new 65" TV in the living room are a few more features for your comfort. We want you to enjoy your time at the beach, so we also include 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach towels so you won't have to bring your own.

The condo has 2 pools (an indoor pool and an outdoor pool) along with a hot tub so you can relax after a day on the beach. If you like to work out while on vacation, you also have a fitness center for your use (must be 18 to use the fitness center).

Perdido Sun is two miles from Publix grocery, CVS Pharmacy, and Winn Dixie. Walmart and Target are just 6 miles away. It is also within walking distance to several unique shops and several local restaurants.

Pensacola International Airport is just 21 miles and 30 minutes from our condo. PNS airport has daily non-stop flights to most major cities making this an east get away. Our condo is 100% NON-SMOKING. Please reach out to us with any questions. There is a $1000 fine for anyone found smoking in addition to any damages (cost to remove smell of smoke).

Glenn was a great host, and the place had everything needed for a great vacation. They have all the beach equipment, so the only thing you need is your bathing suit. The condo has all of the luxuries as home does and more. I spoke directly to Glenn and they also have another larger place a couple buildings down, we will be renting with our family. Couldn't ask for a better place or a more convenient place to stay.

we had a wonderful stay. great condo. great area / location. there are no umbrellas for the tables at the pool. they say you can use the beach umbrellas but you cannot as they will not fit in the holes in the tables. with the hot sun you really need some shade. other than that it was great. thanks

Absolutely beautiful place with every amenity you could possibly need. Very comfortable and spacious for 2 people and kitchen was stocked with everything. Decorations are perfect for the area - beach theme - I LOVED it. Loved that they provided beach chairs and an umbrella as well as a soft sided cooler. 100% one of my favorite places I’ve stayed. You can’t beat the view too.

Wow WOw WOW- we will Definitely visit again!!!

Wife and I were Elated with our 6 nt stay here! Quick easy booking & confirmaton. From pristine cleanliness to perfect decor throughout, very comfortable bed-couch-chairs, beautiful beach & pool view to the well-stocked kitchen, games-books-etc, brand new appliances and the most incredible water pressure think we've ever experienced (just wait til you jump in that shower!). Trip was pure pleasure.This will be our go-to annual beach trip as long as unit remains available. Perfect location too being right between Pensacola and Orange Beach/Gulf Shores with a LOT of excellent options to eat, see, shop & do. Also due to location between noted larger destinations, the beach itself was fantastic and in no way overly crowded- even during Memorial Day.Couple tips for dining- right across street try out Jelly Fish. Or just few miles away go to Orange Beach and eat at bay waterfront Pelican Grill- both were outstanding! For those wanting to see Blue Angels practice (check their sched beforehand online) yet avoid crowds/traffic at NAS Pensacola, other great viewing options include Walmart parking lot on Blue Angel Pkwy or Navy Point Park (across the bayou from NAS)- this park tricky though where best viewing is but just search Baublits Dr in Pensacola, follow along bayou until arrive at small playground on left, plenty of shade, few benches but recommend taking your own chairs.Finally, owners are incredible hosts, friendly & prompt communications! We'll be back 2026!!

We always dreamed of owning a condo on the beach in Perdido Key. After visiting Perdido Key for over 20 years we finally bought our own place......now our little piece of heaven. We love Perdido Key and the family friendly place it remains while other local beaches continue to become more commercial. Perdido Key is the lost key that offers a laid-back atmosphere where you can unwind and enjoy the beach! We love the beach and travel often around the world on scuba trip adventures!

Why they chose this property

We made our condo very comfortable so you too can enjoy a week at the beach with all the comforts of home. We have replaced all the kitchen appliances, updated the bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower, updated some of the furniture, and upgraded the TV's in January 2025. The table and chairs on the balcony give you a place to relax and enjoy the sound of the ocean or watch the beautiful sunrise/sunset. We want you to enjoy your time at the beach, so we have also included 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach towels for your comfort! Now it's time to come, sit back and relax on Perdido Key!

What makes this property unique

Perdido Sun has two pools (one indoor and one outdoor) along with a hot tub to enjoy year-round. We also have a fitness center for those who want to get a workout in before a nice walk on the beach.

Perdido Key has two world class golf courses (Perdido Bay was a PGA event course) and many more within minutes. Fishing can be enjoyed in a variety of ways from fishing right out back on the beach to deep sea charters, fishing in Perdido Bay, on the Perdido River or fishing in the surf. There are numerous local restaurants with fresh seafood, or you can go to Joe Pattis and buy your own fresh seafood to cook yourself.
