Oh yes...we remember you and your group very well.. Let's clarify a few things for future guests, because several statements in this review are simply not accurate. 1. The A/C was working during your stay. We later saw that multiple windows and the screen door were left open while it was running, which makes it hard for any system to cool properly. 2. At check-in, there were 12 clean bath towels provided. During your stay, our private owner’s closet — which is locked and monitored — was entered without permission, and over 30 towels were used and left throughout the condo, including on the balcony and in multiple rooms. If more towels were needed, all you had to do was ask. 3. The home was left in rough shape and required an additional cleaner due to the mess and damage. 4. Everything was documented with photos and shared. The condo’s location near a main road is clearly shown on the map and in the listing description. I take pride in this home and treat every guest fairly, but I also document everything. Unfortunately, when house rules are violated and damage occurs, it’s not uncommon for responsibility to get shifted afterward. That’s what happened here. We would not host this reservation again.
