The property was in a very nice location however there were problems in the recreation area with rodent feces. This was reported to the host as well as problems with the elevator being inoperable. The property host was notified and did respond to the problem with the elevator was shown the area with the rodent droppings.

Hi Gino! Thank you for your feedback- you contacted us on the last full day of your stay to let us know that the elevator stopped working, so we called Residential Elevators immediately to have them come out. Since it was a Friday, they were not able to come until Monday, but we responded as quickly as we could. When they arrived, the elevator worked and they were not able to find an issue. We do apologize that there were rodent feces in the recreation area- because that room is located on the deck and is not an interior space, we have regular pest control that has traps set out but it is not 100% effective in capturing everything that gets on the deck. Pest control also came out on Tuesday and added metal screen under the pilings so that it would be much harder for any rodents to access the deck area. We do hope our guests understand that sometimes things break and we try to be as responsive as possible, but we do have to wait for vendors to be available. While we make sure our homes have excellent pest control, this does not keep wildlife from outside areas all the time.

Beautiful property on quiet private beach. The back porch was incredible overlooking the Gulf of America! Plenty of parking and the in town stores were within reach. Highly recommend.

What a beautiful house with direct beach front property in a very nice community. The wainscotting throughout the house is absolutely beautiful. There is a huge balcony overlooking the water and beach. We saw dolphin, small sharks, fish, and birds in the water below us. You truly cannot go wrong staying at this property. We loved it.

“Just Like Heaven” lives up to its name. I took my 4 teens to experience the ocean for the first time so I really wanted somewhere beachfront. This was at the top of my price range for a 7-night stay, but was no contest compared to other options.The house is beautiful, modern, clean, well-decorated, homey & comfortable. The interior rooms are all on the same floor including a laundry room, a swanky master bathroom & another full bathroom with shower & tub, fully equipped kitchen with double oven, coffee & Keurig machines, & ice maker. The 3 bedrooms and LR all have smart TVs.The ocean is feet away. You have your own little private beach. There are 3 levels of wrap-around deck, pool table in a screened porch, grill, elevator between all 3 floors, & an outdoor shower. There is a white sand beach one house over. When you’re outside, it’s relatively private, the only people we saw were the ones who wandered from the beach.It’s located in a remote, less touristy part of Florida. We are animal lovers so we took some 30-60 minute drives to the Gulf Specimen Aquarium (amazing), the North Florida Wildlife Center (amazing), Wakula Springs River Boat Tour (amazing) & Tallahassee’s Railroad Square Art District (cool but weird hours). But we were always eager to get back “home”.I used to say I wouldn’t stay at the same place twice when traveling but this is an exception; I would definitely stay here again. So stop looking at other homes to stay at, this is the one you want.
