Ascend the stairs of Artist Studio-Loft or take the elevator to the third floor breezeway to arrive at your private work loft studio doorway. As you enter walk down the hallway onto hardwood floors to kitchen and open living room space with 30-foot ceilings. Natural light fills the living room, which features a fireplace mantel and 20 foot doors that open on to a balcony with an outside dining table and chairs. The outside balcony is a great place to dine on those perfect evenings. Recessed lightings highlight the granite countertops in the kitchen that has GE refrigerator, gas range, hood and dishwasher provide the necessary tools for the most discriminating chef. From the third floor you can gain access the spacious master bedroom attached to a beautiful full bath feature a vessel sink on a Crema Europa slab countertop. Off the bedroom are a set of stacked washer/dryer and an office space with desk. Ideal space for any person or couple that enjoys the comforts of cooking but also likes the convenient of have a restaurants just down the street .
