Stayed for Daytona Weekend

Home was clean and newly updated. Neighborhood is older but quiet and pretty close to everything we were there for. Tons of hot water, could have used a few more towels. Would stay again!

We were there for memorial service convenient to lots of things beds and pillows not the most comfortable . But clean and conveniently.

Host was great, location was about 15 min from the beach spot we were going to. Walmart was about a mile away which was nice. Clean and spacious home for a long stay.

Hi nautica it’s unfortunate that you left a poor review. For future hosts: Nautica called me multiple times from the front door at 6:50AM the day of check in, over 9 hours early, demanding to check in. I was able to since the home was clean and empty. Her stay was 2 nights and no issues arose during it, until she checked out. Nautica smoked inside, requiring extensive cleaning to try and rid the smell. The rest of the home was left in poor condition and nautica wouldn’t reply after to try and remedy the situation leaving me out hundreds of dollars.
