The house was beautiful! The porch, with a wonderful view of the river was the perfect place to drink coffee and start my day. The host was great with communications! It was the perfect place for a family-oriented stay.

We loved hosting your group and hope you come back and see us again soon! You left the place in great condition and left us helpful and kind feedback. We appreciate guests like you!
Most of our party had a class during the day and returned about 6:00 each night. The house was clean inside, we had a plumbing issue but no problem it was resolved. The out side needed some TLC and the dock was damaged and could not be used. The view on the landing was fabulous. The ceiling fan in the den shakes and rattles. All in all we had a good stay!

Thank you for your feedback. We attempted to resolve anything you mentioned as soon as possible, so I am disappointed that the overall stars were not higher. It hurts our small business when there’s anything that isn’t communicated during your stay, that we aren’t given an opportunity to resolve to your satisfaction. We would welcome your group back any time, and hopefully we will get another opportunity to make your stay perfect!
This property was such a dream! There is lots to visit near by, but we were content to stay at the cabin and enjoy the lake out back. The host really thought out what guests may need during their stay and we felt very well cared for. The rooms were squeaky clean, there were games, toys and puzzles available for the kids, and it was a pretty “kid proof” place to be. We had many small children in our group and felt that it was well accommodated for them. If you do bring small children, life vests are necessary as there is not a “beach” area and the water is quite deep. The kitchen is well equipped for lots of family meals. Our host was easy to get in contact with for booking and planning purposes. Check in and check out were a breeze, and the requests for our check out were very reasonable. We will be booking again!
