The home was in a perfect location to everything I wanted to do with my stay. The host checked to see that everything was to my liking. The home was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I would definitely recommend to anyone and if ever I was returning to New Mexico I would stay again.
It was a great stay in a friendly, quiet, walkable neighbourhood. Very neat, clean, cozy and well organized place. The pictures are accurate. Checking in and out was easy. Access to highways, shopping and things to do are close and convenient, especially Old Town. Host left clear instructions for guests and plenty of info for local attractions. Locally roasted coffee provided for guests was delicious and a very nice welcoming touch. Very pet-friendly. Our dog loved the place. The patio is very nice and quiet. The kitchen is well appointed and equipped. Everything you need to cook and clean. It was a great introduction to Albuquerque for us.
My family and I had a comfortable stay over an extended weekend. It was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. I liked that there were some amenities included like extra toliet paper and coffee, it made our short stay a breeze.
Nice place! Has everything you need for a smooth stay for a family. Location was also ideal to move around the city. Instructions for check in and check out were clear. In addition to that, there was a printed guide inside the house with activities and places of interest. Definitely recommend.
We stayed for a week and had a really nice stay. Everything we needed was available, communication with host was smooth and location was great for us as we were able to walk to stores, coffee shops, food hall, and work spaces.

I love the location (perfect if you’re looking for a close spot to downtown). Great amenities and super comfortable beds. Stellar communication from the host. We will be back!
My friends and I particularly enjoyed how this cute place was a short walk from the Zoo, and a reasonable walk to restaurants and bars (and First Friday) along Central Avenue downtown. Thanks for being a stress-free part of our introduction to New Mexico.
This clean, comfortable home close to Route 66 was an amazing find. My wife and I were visiting from Arizona to decide if we want to move to Albuquerque and more than enjoyed our stay. The host was amazing, great communication and the property was clean and as described.
this property was as described. This part of Albuquerque is a call-back to earlier times. Centrally located to many points of interest. Very good value.
This house is in a good location and only a few minutes away from the Bosque trail and ABQ Bio Park. Everything was clean and organized! The host stayed in touch throughout our stay. We had a slight issue with flushing the bathroom toilet, but everything else was great!
Came for a conference and was glad I chose to stay here, instead of the hotel. Clean and cozy place with a comfortable bed and great amenities. Cute neighborhood - I didn't have much time to explore, but it was in close proximity to several things to do. Would definitely return. It was a quick ride to the convention center - it probably would have been a great walk, but it snowed!
What a great stay! Taryn was an exceptional host. We were having trouble with the code to get in at check in and Taryn responded immediately and got it sorted out! Once inside, the space was warm and inviting. The house itself was incredibly clean, the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and having the option to park the car in the garage was fantastic. It was windy and a little chilly but this will be my go to spot for future trips and I cannot wait to utilize the back patio area!
The property worked for my husband and I, for the most part. There were a few things that went wrong during the visit, including the shower handle falling off and the garage door falling apart while we were there. The kitchen breaker cut out when using the microwave, but we knew how to reset it. All other things were fixed in a timely manner, except for the sugar ants that came in through the kitchen wall. POSITIVES- The house has nice TVs and most appliances that you would want to use. There are two beds, one is really soft, the other hard. Having a washer/dryer was a plus! It was also nice parking in the garage when the door worked. SUGGESTIONS- There are no spices in the kitchen other than salt and pepper. There was coffee, but the wrong filters. Also, the toilet paper was very harsh. If these things were fixed, it would be a much more pleasant stay. Overall it worked for a home base during our trip. The little things can make a difference. I would pay a little more for those comforts.
