Beachfront Greenport Villa

Welcome to Villa Sonore. A gorgeous beachfront villa in Greenport located right on the LI Sound. Walk to restaurants and bars at the Soundview. Bike to North Fork wineries, breweries, farms and town. Or just relax on the enclosed porch or back deck and take in the magnificent views of the beach. Listen to the waves crash and enjoy views of the water that can only be rivaled by being out at sea! Paddle boards, bicycles, beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for our guests. Enjoy! Beautiful just renovated Beachhouse right on the Long Island sound. We have three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Please note the driveway fits three cars. The whole house is for the guests’ use. We provide a lockbox combination for check in and check out. And if there are any issues during the stay,we provide a remedy for it as quickly as possible as we do have a contractor close by. Wineries, farm stands, breweries, a beautiful seaport town of Greenport a bike ride or quick drive away. We are also just steps away from the Soundview hotel and the restaurant, piano bar, and beach bar which are open to the public. Close to the Cross Sound Ferry, the Shelter Island Ferry, the LIRR train station, and the Hampton jitney bus stop. Circular driveway with room for 4 cars. Steps away from Soundview hotel with piano bar and beach bar and the Halyard Restaurant. Quick drive or bike ride to wineries, restaurants, brewery, town and Shelter Island ferry.

Super location - just near The beautiful village of Greenport with a sweeping view of the bay, A very happy house - super Clean, and we had everything that we needed. Meghan was a wonderful host, and answered us quickly with any question that we had. I loved the NorthFork and this home was the perfect place to stay!

Amazing Property

Had a girls trip and the house could not be more perfect! The views are spectacular and the interior design makes it a perfect beachy oasis. Meghan is a spectacular host!

Fabulous stay

The pictures honestly do not do this property justice. It is even more gorgeous in person ! The property owner was phenomenal & communicated everything without being asked. We used this to get ready for my daughter’s wedding and the setting could not have been more perfect. Will absolutely rent again!

Place location Great!Things at the we’re good. Indoor fireplace not working. Temps were cool would been good to have. Reported the problem response was not taken immediate. Wish the problem could have been taken care of.

Perfect Getaway

We had a great time at Villa Sonore. The house was clean with plenty of linens, kitchen utensils etc., to help make our stay comfortable. The first floor was open and spacious which made it perfect for hanging out with family. We enjoyed many cups of coffee and breakfast on the back patio and deck. The fire pit kept us cozy at night as we sat around in the Adirondack chairs. We had two little ones with us and they enjoyed crawling round the screened in patio and watching the water from their pack & plays. The host was easy to communicate with and always responded in a timely manner. Instructions for check in and other house details were clear and well explained. The property is great for just hanging out but also close enough to many great destinations - wineries, restaurants, shopping etc. We would love to come back!

Great views! The deck looks as though it is collapsing. The doors to the sunroom do not open easy and seem mostly broken. Also, loud traffic in the morning. Good house not a great house.
